Called Erie for rate when he bought a car & they quoted $5400+ annually. We were told Erie doesn't like teen drivers. We left the next week but not before Erie auto draft withdrew $440 for 6 days of coverage only reimbursing $110. Then, 4 days after we left Erie billed us another $536 for the 3 months our son was licensed despite not driving or owning a car. Called to dispute, Bryan & Tracey were always "unavailable" and never returned our calls. We also asked about the rest of the auto draft money and were told it was being witheld. Then after ignoring us they sent it to collections. BEWARE, would NEVER do business with Erie again!! ​

I don't recall ever talking to anyone there, but if I did, it was just once when I first got the policy. So, I went on the website, put in my change of address, because I don't know how things work. No one walked me through things in Tulsa, so I figured someone would just mail me new cards with my new address on it, and I'd keep paying my $70/mo, right? Nope! I received a phone call from BRETT at Don Gerharz State Farm and he went over my policy info and options. He was so incredibly helpful, nice, patient, and funny! He went through all the different options for my policy stuff and explained it all to me. Mind you, I hate phone calls, typically, and unless I have to make one, I try to avoid them, but Brett is an absolute delight to talk to. I actually didn't want to stop talking to him? Like, he was really fun, and cool to talk to, like you were just gabbing it up with someone you made you feel better talking to? Instead of an awkward call to do important stuff you don't really want to do? So I was a bit sad when I was all done with setting up all of my stuff, but what am I going to do, be some kind of creep who's all like, "HEY YOU WANNA BE MY FRIEND IRL BECAUSE I JUST MOVED HERE AND DON'T HAVE ANY?" that's obviously weird and inappropriate, so I didn't. Hahaha. I did send a thank you card though. I now have way better coverage PLUS roadside assistance for significantly less than I was paying for just liability! Nice.
