Everyone I have recommended to go there has noticed a change as well and are not happy. They have also found other tax professionals that are less expensive and more willing to help. I have heard certain accountants talk down and very disrespectful to clients, especially Darlene. I have also been talked to as if I couldn't comprehend what they were saying.
