About 4 years later another attorney found the problem and the younger Guertin siad they would fix it. When I told him time was of the essence he blamed ME for their original mistake and said they would take 2 to 3 weeks to fix. I hung up on him and they did respond fairly quickly. Went in and signed the corrected deeds and had them fax them to my attorney. Unfortunatly they made an error on the dicription on 1 of the deeds and that had to be corrected. It still has not been recorded at the townhall as I write this note. I wonder what mistakes may have been made on the Trust side?????????? Not trust worthy as far as I am concerned. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
