He has a small time frame when he is available because he does beer festivals on the weekends. You can stop in and grab a beer when he is open. The owner/brewer is so nice and genuine. He has 4 beers currently. I have tried the IPA (Moby Dick) it has hints of pine and grapefruit....one of my top 3 favorite beers now.

Located in a city surrounded by wine makers, Archea Brewery is knocking it out of the park. They are an independent craft brew pub founded in 2012. They have a combination of house made beers and other artisanal beers focused on Italian producers, but do have others from across the region. We had two of their beers, which were extremely flavorful, and two beers from other craft breweries. The way he pours the beer into the glass, clears the foam off, and dips the glass so its all nice and perfect for you. Such a pro.
