We had to replace our car on a trip we made to Dallas last week. We located a replacement car on a Saturday and the dealership let us keep the new car as we would provide them payment from our account at Charles Schwab. On Monday, we went by Charles Schwab in Southlake to arrange the disbursement and met with our agent, Jake Bandy. Mr. Bandy called the dealership, acquired the wiring instructions, and facilitated the whole transaction. Mr. Bandy is a complete pro! He gave us copies of the wire and promised to contact us when it was complete. We returned to the dealership with the copies of the wire and the dealership gave us copies of all our car documents. Mr. Bandy called shortly thereafter and assured us the wire was sent. Everything is stress free when you deal with a great organization and Jake Bandy!
