Everyone is so nice, they are greeting people by their first name. That's what I love about small towns.

They had ALL THE HERBS- I live in a huge city and wish our Walmart was like this. If I ever see basil, mint, or chives at my store it's like I've hit the lottery. We got great steaks, plenty of food for the week, dairy products, and nice fresh produce. Went back the next day for water balloons and water guns... so we kind of saw a little bit of everywhere.

I have no doubt you can find household items with ease here. Clothing as well. Parking is pretty good. There are always spots available and the parking lot is easy to navigate. The registers, namely the self-checkout is set up a little odd compared to other stores, but I'm happy it exists at this store. All in all, it's pretty much on par with the rest of the walmarts in the area: smaller selections in some things, virtually no cashiers, you know what I'm saying.

We did find some things that our local Dollar General doesn't carry like basketballs. They have lots of OU items but no OSU things. Besides the boxes ready to be put away and one aisle where merchandise is falling onto the floor, the store actually looked clean for the most part. The employees were nice, greeted us when we came in and helped when the credit card machine froze up. There are lots of crates full of clearance items by the register and discounted clothes outside. I saw two ladies working and boy have they got a job to do. I think the Dollar General stores need more employees to put out truck and straighten aisles.

They fubbed my order, canceled my first service appointment because they didn't think they had my tires (they did) and then wouldn't install them when I showed up for my second service appointment, having come from 80 miles away, because they said they weren't paid for. I showed them the credit card statement showing their charge, paid in full, from 2 days ago! Still wouldn't do it because they said the order was canceled? Who canceled it? I didn't cancel it. Why was it canceled? Was it really canceled? I'm not trying to scam anybody, I just want to buy some tires. Hey, I'm not going to force these guys to take my business and my money- clearly they don't deserve it. The store manager offered no help. Bottom line- this has been a total waste of my time and the incompetency of the Walmart staff prevents them solving even the smallest problem or providing any sort of accommodating customer service. I learned my lesson and made a mistake that won't be repeated. I went to a local shop and was taken care of with no issue. I should have done that the first time around.
