I think taking the deposit was a little jarring, but I guess I understand. Maybe people don't show up but I walked out of there not knowing I still had a bill to pay so that's why I did one less Star because that needs to be tightened up. ... Unfortunately, as I was walking out I noticed they also had a hair stylist who did "balayages". I made my appointment and came a couple days later. When I came he was really nice and seemed confident that he could do what I asked which was a balayage. Let me just say he did some horrible baby highlights and left chunks of brown roots that heavily contrasted against the blonde strands of hair. It was not a balayage and did not look natural even after he convinced me that it did. I ended up going to another salon in Roma to help save my hair. Def go for the nails, not the hair coloring.
