Friendly staff with English speakers. Does a great job with a gel mani at a very reasonable price (310 pesos)! I was able to provide them a design and they matched it perfectly. Love the detail put in! They sanitize items with alcohol before use. I called 2 days beforehand to schedule an appointment for a group of 3.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Top notch mani/pedi with great service. $600 pesos for gel mani and pedi (~2h), felt nice and pampered when I left. Quality definitely on par with most of the nail salons at home and though the price might be a bit higher than what you see around CDMX, it's still great bang for your buck. They do tend to be very busy, so I would recommend calling ahead to book an appointment. The manager speaks great English and some of the staff are fluent, so I see why they attract a substantial amount of tourists. I tried to walk in one day but they were fully booked.

Lovely nail salon. My technician was very efficient, I actually got my gel mani and pedi done at the same time. Perfect if you don't have too much time. They also speak English which is a great plus, if you haven't been able to perfect your Spanish :)

I had one of the best experiences at mint nail bar. The ladies were all incredibly wonderful and kind. They seated me quickly and were incredibly accommodating. Attention to detail and care taken for both the mani and pedi were exceptional. I spent almost two hours there and left feeling incredibly pampered, rejuvenated and loving my nails. I highly recommend visiting if you need a place to relax and have awesome nails!

One side says it opens at 10 another says at 11 they actually open at 11. You definitely need an appointment. I just forgot the name of the young lady who did my nails. However, she was amazing. She loved my feet and I really really really really needed that. Everyone was very accommodating. I was running a little late. I called and they readjusted the schedule so it was really good. I was on a tight schedule and I didn't want to pass that on to them that negative energy. So they had no idea and they did a great job getting me out on time not knowing I needed to be out on time.. I appreciated that. I think taking the deposit was a little jarring, but I guess I understand. Maybe people don't show up but I walked out of there not knowing I still had a bill to pay so that's why I did one less Star because that needs to be tightened up. ... As I'm writing this review, everybody was great. So I'm gonna go back and give the fifth star because everyone was so accommodating and they were efficient. The nail polish is still on. It's a week later and I've been to the beach several times so yeah and I love my toes. She shaped them very well. read more

Phenomenal service! Christina the owner speaks perfect English and she accepts credit cards. The vibe is scintillating and vivacious. The 2 nail technicians Christina (same name as the owner) and I forgot the other person's name but they were very sweet and amiable. We had great conversations in Spanish about places to eat. Christina owns 2 nail shops with the same name "Mint Nail Bar" they are on the same street. I went to calle Atlixco 71 but the other one is called Atlixco 81. Same wonderful service and both are open from 10-7pm. Google has 8pm but that is not the right time. I'm so happy I went here! Great experience that required an appointment in advance (place is small and gets very busy). For only $12.50 USD, I received a gentleman's pedicure. Included exfoliation and foot massage, as well as nail trimming and cuticle clean up. Exceptional service-- would definitely go back! read more

Great nail spot with good service. Now don't come here if you're wanting something fancy because these girls are not equipped for that. Yet if you want something cute and simple they can do it for you. The owner speaks English and the techs know enough to get by so definitely there is a pro there. I thoroughly researched all the nail shops in Roma Norte and Condesa. I kept returning to Mint as being the best option. I received a gel mani/pedi and was not disappointed. I enjoy getting my nails done in Mexico versus LA. The customer service is always much more authentic. The services I received at Mint were meticulously performed. The sisters who run Mint are so nice and do such an amazing job! Highly highly recommend. Call in advance to book an appointment. My sis and I got a mani and pedi and loved the hospitality and the work. They offer you coffee or tea and the atmosphere is very relaxing and comforting. This place was amazing! I am half hoping my nails chip before Friday so I can go back and get one more mani before I go back to San Diego. The place is small and cute. The girls that worked there are attentive, patient, and very friendly. The service was superior and the color selection fantastic. I had Carolina work on my nails, I had the Pehnom package, which is a cut, file, massage, and color. It was fantastic. read more

I'm confused...I did not get a 25 minute massage... mine was like 5 minutes. The place is really cute, clean and the receptionist was super professional. But the girl I got barely touched my cuticles and painted the polish so far away from the cuticle it looks as if my nails already grew out! She looked really exhausted; it seemed as if she was over it. Very inexpensive. You get what you pay for. If you go make sure you watch what they're doing. read more

I recently visited this establishment, and I must say that while the physical space is undeniably attractive, and they do deliver a good manicure, my overall experience was marred by the shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by both the owner and the employees. It's disheartening to witness such a beautiful salon tarnished by a complete dearth of interpersonal skills. Attempting to engage in even the simplest of conversations with the staff felt like a futile exercise. They not only lacked the capacity for basic courtesy but seemed to excel at making customers feel like unwelcome intruders. It's a shame that a place with such potential for excellence in service falls short in such a critical aspect. While I was pleased with the quality of the manicure I received, it's difficult to overlook the overall unfriendly atmosphere. It's almost as if they are intentionally trying to burn the place down with their consistently rude demeanor. In summary, this establishment has the potential to be a gem, but the glaring issue with the owner and employees' behavior casts a dark cloud over what could otherwise be a pleasant experience. I recently visited MINT Nail Bar in la Condesa, and it was an amazing experience. I went there with 3 other people and they accommodated us immediately- we went at 10am on a Monday morning. The staff was friendly and provided excelente service. I got a men's Mint mani-pedi for $500 pesos, which was absolutely worth it. La PEOR EXPERIENCIA... desorden total en tomar las citas , llegue 15 minutos tarde, lo reconozco .. pero en vez de decirme de una vez que por mi llegada tarde no me pueden atender ... me dicen QUE SE CONFUNDIERON con la hora... ME HACEN ESPERAR 15 minutos ... y luego me dicen que no me atenderán ...
