Bought a new fridge, stove and dishwasher. Had it delivered on December 8, 2018. Stove was dented…read morein pretty bad, was found by the delivery people when they were unpacking it. Delivery people called Ashley furniture. Ashley funiture said they would send out a repair technician right away to asses the damage and order parts. No one ever called or came by. I have had to call Ashley customer service and stop by the store numerous times to try and get it repaired. At first they were suprised that no one has come to look at the stove yet. Now customer service tells me they have ordered the parts, yet no one has ever come to look at the stove. It has been just about two months and still my new stove is damaged. No one has called or made contact with me in weeks. Worst customer service I have ever seen. At this point I wonder if anyone will ever call. Guess I will have to call them again and get a new excuse. No confidence in them repairing my stove or any of the other appliances I purchased. Sure wasted my money buying the extended warranty.
