We recently took on the task of redoing the garage apartment. Needed it complete for a couple of freshmen college girls to move in. The money pit was a nightmare at times but we finally came to the point of being ready for the new flooring. I'm sure they thought it'd be a one-day task and squeezed us in so that we could meet our deadline. But, as was consistent with all other aspects of this project, the boys discovered that future owners had not replaced structure that had suffered termite damage. Keeping in constant contact with us as we were in vacation, charging us only a little bit more than originally quoted...the job was done to perfection when we arrived back home!!! Move-in day is today...then it's on to the next project!!!!

Got our floors done by them in February of 2023. They subcontracted the install, and the…read morecontractors didn't put the trim around my floors back on properly. They also left marker stains on my walls in 2 areas and didn't complete putting up the millwork in my kitchen, even though we paid extra for that. We started having issues with the floor coming up less than a year later. Now there is at least a dozen places where we are having issues with the floor. We have called to complain and see if we could get it fixed multiple times and were told we have been put on a waitlist. This was over 8 months ago and have heard nothing from them since. It has gotten to the point that we are going to have to get new floors again, less than 2 years after the install. Tried to go the the BBB and turns out they're not BBB Accredited.

The floor began to curl and bow, right away. We asked Clarence to come take a look at it, and he wouldn't even come take a look at our floor. He did a terrible installation for us. And he will not stand behind the product he sells. He's the worst contractor i have ever delt with. Since then, we have replaced our floor at our 100% expense with Masters Touch construction, who was very professional and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend them. Beware of Sooner carpet.
