What else can you ask for from an event decorator? --- --- --- When dealing with a vendor, what are the traits that you look for? 1) Product Quality 2) Budget Friendly 3) Quick Turnaround Time 4) Reliability 5) Overall Friendliness/Awesomeness/Pleasantness DSE went above and beyond in all of these areas. Our initial meeting at the event location, could have been the downfall of the entire project if it weren't for J.R. and Walt's patience. Unfortunately there was some confusion on my end, which led to my colleague and I arriving one hour late. The guys did not let this affect their attitude toward us in any way, despite the incident being my completely my fault. Our proposal was this: We have a small budget with a microscopic deadline for a company party with investors and clients, can you make it work? J.R. and Walt assured us that we were in good hands. The next day, we learned that our party had to suddenly change locations. The guys came right back to the new location to make all of their adjustments, despite another inconvenience. Once we finally arrived at the event, we were completely blown away with the results. The venue had been transformed in a way that far exceeded expectations.
