Called 3 times to make my contacts order. The team member end up emailing me their app with my contact order but the total cost due did not include my insurance benefits. After calling the office manager, the staff member finally called me today. As for billing, I had incurred a charge since last year and was constantly asked about paying it. I explained that there should not be a charge and to please explain what it's for. Finally after 13 months of the back and forth I received notification last week that it was a mistake and I don't owe you. Not sure I'll be back after all the hassle.

They welcomed me, and asked me to fill out my new patient paper work. When I was done, and went back to the front counter there was a lady that I believe is the Office Mgr, I could barely understand her, but she made it seem as if this photo option that was not covered by my insurance was not an option, so I agreed to it, she said "okay only $39 more". So then I was called back by Sharron, which further explained the photo option that was not covered by my insurance. I decided that I did not need, so I opted out of doing it, she said fine but you should consider it next time, and explained the benefits, I said I sure will. Then here comes the Office Mgr saying "he's doing it!" I said no I'll consider it next time. That was sorta awkward, how she was trying to up sell this option. But Sharron was the super star that made me super comfortable. Dr. Chen is extremely personable, and knowledgeable of his craft, he explained all my options, and gave his recommendations. Overall I had a good experience, and would highly recommend this place because of Sharron, and Dr. Chen.

Especially when they were supposed to be in after waiting another 2 weeks and I was notified they would not be in till Aug 3. 4 months- I had insurance for my vision which covered 1 pr of lenses, 1 pr of frames and 1 visit. I went back to this location for nostalgia reasons-well I'm cured of that. This was a 35-45 minute drive one way for me. I took the first prescription from my May 6 visit-to another optical location. In 2 weeks I had my glasses and they worked fine. I wanted a computer pr and trifocals. After 5 phone calls (I left at least 3 messages-if you have no intention of calling someone back, don't have an answering machine.) Someone from accounting did call. They were going to call me back to let me know about my credit-? Seemed nice enough-? Or if there would be one? I never took possession of the glasses-I could not use them they are useless- I let them know the doctor visit was legit-keep those funds. But I will get another pair of glasses if/as needed elsewhere- please Credit. I'm done with going back and forth. So I called twice today-once again no answer and no one retuned my call. When I waited in the office for one of my multiple visits-someone else came in to pick up. Both of her children's glasses were cut wrong. Another person came in because she got a call that her glasses were ready- but they weren't. I actually wrote this review while I was waiting in the office that day. I figured I would wait to post maybe all this is just a glitch. And when the accounting person was so nice and said she'd get back with me... Well - I see they don't seem to care- I'm out $255 ( waiting for them to credit my card or mail me a check). Approximately 10 hours of my life I will never get back. Nostalgia sucks sometimes- Update Called again after speaking with 4 people They credited my card....minus the restocking fee... hilarious-she pointed out on the bottom of the receipt it mentions it. Wow- it should read restocking fee applied regardless of how many times it takes us to get it right and how long it takes to get your glasses. 4 months-never again

The location was super convenient and close to me. As soon as I arrived, I filled out some paperwork and my eye pressure was tested. The ladies working the office are so nice! Dr. Ho called me in, I explained what was going on, and he ran a number of tests on my eyes. He gave me the best news! But I was most impressed with how thorough and kind he was. Some doctors want to get you in and out, but he actually takes the time to treat you and explain what could be going on. I really appreciate that. I'll definitely be back to see him for a future appointment and I absolutely recommend him.

The optometrist here was very thorough on what route we could take for my daughter. I would definitely recommend!!
