We had two homes lined up for service, but they only brought enough mulch for one and complained that driving back for more was too far -- not exactly our problem after we paid for the full job. We also paid for spring cleanup, but the work was rushed and sloppy, with many areas completely overlooked. When we followed up, they refused to come back and finish the job, saying their crews were now working elsewhere. To make matters worse, communication was terrible -- emails went unanswered, and there was no effort to make things right. Would not recommend.

They're all over gp and my friend got a quote from them in the Bloomfield area so they seem to cover a lot of area. I think she said she talked to a Christopher and he sounded busy and next 2 times she called he was out of town, she ended up going elsewhere. Growing up we always had Darrel visiting and he was the most helpful guy. He really knew his stuff and went the extra mile for customers if there was a problem, always super helpful even if they couldnt get through at the office, he answered and seemed to like his job. Vern did the best christmas lights! Hope hes still around... honestly the best. A girl Jenna? Jen? Did them once when he wasnt available and they were sloppy. The secretaries never seemed to know much. The younger current guys always seem rushed and unhappy and the lawn crew has been off their game the past couple years and they always make a mess. My parents said they recently have had nice guys come by... a middle eastern/Lebanese? guy and a bearded guy who are great... not sure on their names. Not service like they used to have. The "step down stoops are wider and safer with this install. Everything looks brand new. There had been a trench from a generator install and the supervisor of the crew offered to grade, reseed, and edge this area as well. Same attention to detail as with the pavers. The crew was quick, particular to details, and went above and beyond their quoted work. Not only does everything look fresh and new, and the crew added a few sparkly-coordinating colors of pavers to add some contrast!!! Perfect!!! The work was even completed a day earlier than expected. We are so pleased With the work!!!

My father-in-law nearly rolled his ankle walking around our garage, so we decided that fixing the garage floor was a priority for safety reasons. Enter Creative Concrete Raising. My husband found this company through Yelp and inquired about their services, but since it was early winter and the ground was freezing, the company still came out to inspect the floor and give us a quote, and they put us on their queue for spring because their equipment had already been weatherized and put away. As soon as the weather warmed up, they called and came out to fix our garage promptly. I wish I had a before picture of the lip between the hemispheres of our garage floor because it must have been offset by an inch, and they were able to raise it up! They drilled holes and pumped limestone underneath the concrete to bring it up to an even surface. The manager Ken even mentioned that they could tell that underneath the concrete there were some hollow areas! Yikes! Thankful for their services and we will definitely be considering them again because we have more areas that need to be fixed! Surprisingly, they didn't try to upsell my husband on services, they quoted him and did exactly what he asked for. Great communication, timely service, and an overall easy transaction.

"Long…read morestory , what led us to need to find a contractor we could trust ,but yeah we used them for a concrete patio and everything went smooth , a lot of people showed up after the permitting was done, it was gangbusters time , I think I counted 19 people all working like machines . The driveway and patio were done within that same day and it was worth it ! All the water doesn't build by our screen side door anymore, we had our garage would build water...not anymore ! The patio was sunken before the day and even stamped the concrete in the patio. Which we finished with Bhear acid stain kit from Home Depot . Finally we enjoyed a season worth of time with it and all is well and that's why I'm reviewing them today , good work guys's , all of you .
