They did a beautiful job. I paid over $100,000 for the entire job so it wasn't cheap. That said, the follow through service has been difficult. After only 2 years I had paver sinking in a few spots. They came out and repaired; it at a cost. Then again this year, pavers sinking in the same spot again. Another added cost. I asked if any of the work (or repairs) came with warranties. I was told if they had "engineered it" in the beginning they would have done things differently. Now there is nothing they can do to "fix it" without adding $4000 - $5000 to basically do a major redo of pavers. Wow. For 100 grand I think they would have done some engineering in the beginning. I've recommended Superior Scape for the last 4 years - NO LONGER RECOMMENDING THEM.

The last 3 weeks they have started their extremely loud equipment at 7:45am waking me up. All year long they blow the large clumps of grass into my yard all over my sidewalk that is close to the serviced home and clog up my a/c unit. While I lived there I witnessed workers drunk in the parking lot throwing up, extremely loud music, smoking right in front of someone's downstairs window, workers gathering at late hours on the grassy area entrance talking and laughing so loud, and overall embarrassing behavior from people who are fortunate to have a company house them. You would think they would be appreciative and respect those around them. Absolutely not. Management is aware and repeatedly brings things to their attention but it seems like they get a free pass or something because from what I hear from friends who still live there, it's worse. He is an extremely likable person and he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, which is not something that the competition was doing for me. The thing about is that he is a perfectionist so I came up with the "Fussy Russy". Needless to say after all the design process that we went through with him, he was able to use his computer systems to generate what the property would look like before he did it so that we can be a part of the design process. We are extremely happy with the results and he did a great job. Out of the competition, he was also extremely aggressive with his pricing. I would say that the other competitors were way more money and the work was not as good quality.
