I was recently…read morecharged $50 for missing an appointment due to their "no show" policy, which feels excessive and unfair. What makes it worse is that I've never ever been serviced by this doctor because she has had to reschedule several times in the past-- causing me to rearrange my schedule. I even went to her office for an appointment-- which her rude receptionist said she left a phone message the day before (less than 24 hours) -- that Dr. Ringo had to cancel my appointment!! It's frustrating to be penalized when the same courtesy wasn't extended to me. I expect more consistency and fairness from a professional establishment. This experience has left me questioning the priorities and customer service at Exclusively Skin, LLC. Needless to say I will find a better dermatologist! TOO THIRSTY!! She doesn't deserve any stars!!

They talk and let you talk and listen. They ask you what you need. You don't leaving having to make another appointment from lack of time.
