We recently rented a condo through VRBO from Beau Meyer Realty. Location was nice. However, the…read moreLIVE CRITTER IN THE BEDROOM WALL WAS NOT SO NICE. When I text, who I am assuming was Beau, telling him there was a critter in the bedroom wall, his response was,"Is it noisy?" To which I responded,"Yes." Followed by, "I thought it had gone to sleep. It did, indeed, NOT TO GO SLEEP. It was up all night. My daughter said it also stunk in the room and there was no way to get fresh air in the room as the window did not open... HUGE SAFETY ISSUE! The next morning, "Beau" came over and placed MOUSE traps outside. He apparently LIVES NEXT DOOR and only came over AFTER I asked for different accommodations. We were not offered anything else or any kind of compensation. Whatever is living in that wall, IT'S NOT MOUSE. Probably not even a squirrel as the clawing was very loud. Beau Meyer Realty also made sure my review on VRBO was deleted because they gave poor directions to the unit. I gave the street name and apparently that is against VRBOs rules. I know he had it removed because it had been approved and posted for at least a day. Hmmmm... slum Lord?
