I am not a dr but I do know that you require lab tests to diagnose an autoimmune disease. She refused to pay the bill from her colleague (friend) that was over $1000. I found a periodontist that was not affiliated with Kim parsons and treated the problem (not autoimmunity) that was caused by her hygienist. I have filled a claim with the Indiana attorney general and currently filing lawsuit against her. I sheered a molar off at the gum line, gritting my teeth while maneuvering a cast iron bathtub. Go ahead and laugh! It was Saturday afternoon. The office doesn't open until Tuesday. So I called and left a message for them to contact me asap. I could sense that an abscess was starting along with the pain, so I began a regiment of gargling with whiskey, since Listerine was just too weak for the job. ( garge not swallow!) I knew what you were thinking! Anyway Tuesday morning rolls around and I get a call to come in. I was actually shocked that they could squeeze me in that soon. So I go in, tell them the story, and they promptly take me in for an x-ray. Upon viewing it by the assistant and the doctor, it was decided that 4 teeth had to take a permanent leave of absence. So they commenced to prep me, numb me, and give me time to soak in the nitrous. Soon after, the doctor came in and begin his task. He said that 3 of them came out smoothly, but the 4th was a little "bumpy". I didn't inquire as to the details, but I can only imagine. I've had some jobs go "bumpy" on me too! So here it is, 24ish hours later, and all pain seems to be gone, no bleeding, etc. Things seem to be going as planned. Taking my prescribed meds, as well as Naprixen. So far all is well. I started going to Dr. Wagner via a referral from a friend. I'm happy that I took the advice! This wasn't my first visit, but it was my first to their new facility. Although relatively new, the building and equipment appears spotless and clean. Their attention to detail on this, as well as the instruments they use is top notch. I am always greeted warmly and with smiles. I am talked to like a friend, and conversation is easy. It's not just all business. I am talked to one on one and in layman's terms. I always am consulted as to how to proceed, not just what the doctor suggests. Decisions are made mutually and agreed upon. (Usually with explained reasoning by both parties) The entire atmosphere is calm, pleasant, and friendly. The amount of care, compassion, and professionalism they put into the experience is unsurpassed. I suggest their practice to anyone who asks me. I will continue to do so!

The entire staff was so encouraging and sweet! We have never been to a better dentist office. As you enter the building there is an elevator to take you to the second floor if you are planning on seeing one of the doctors. Otherwise you will walk on in to the waiting area and there is someone at the desk to get your info and let your therapist know you have arrived. The waiting area is very clean and bright. They have a tv on for entertainment if you choose to watch it while you wait. There is a rest room there as well. I didn't have to wait long before my therapist called me back. This was my initial visit. They have several pieces of equipment in the main room and a few therapist had different patients that they were helping during my visit. If you want privacy this wouldn't be the place to go as everyone is in one big open room. There were maintenance men working up in the ceiling during my visit as well which I am sure cannot be avoided but did offer somewhat of a distraction. Christine was my therapist and she was very knowledgeable in my issue. She did some initial measurements and then applied heat so my muscles would be nice and warmed up for her to work on. I ended up getting some exercises to work on at home and she was very attentive in watching so I knew for sure what to do on my own. I'll be returning weekly for awhile so may be updating my review if necessary.

I am so glad I went, and to Dr. Gordon in particular. His staff is very friendly and professional! As a "medical wimp," the staff was very patient with me and even showed me what would happen before they performed some of the procedures on me. Dr. Gordon had a wonderful and down-to-earth personality (not to mention a great source of humor!) that immediately put me at ease, made me feel like a genuinely valued person, and helped me understand with utmost clarity the findings of the exam. The waiting room was also comfortable and included a TV and several of the books Dr. Gordon has authored. There is also a laboratory with many styles of frames to choose from on-site. I would highly recommend Dr. Gordon to anyone, but especially to people like myself who get nervous during medical procedures and need a reassuring presence.
