BEWARE:DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST she will not take responsibility for her hygienist's (Payton) mistakes!!! Instead will refer you to a periodontist that is a colleague (friend) of hers that will in turn tell you that her hygienist was not at fault and that you have an auto immune disease. I am not a dr but I do know that you require lab tests to diagnose an autoimmune disease. She refused to pay the bill from her colleague (friend) that was over $1000. I found a periodontist that was not affiliated with Kim parsons and treated the problem (not autoimmunity) that was caused by her hygienist. I have filled a claim with the Indiana attorney general and currently filing lawsuit against her. I do not like this field of expertise and service. Let me be very clear.... Dentist appointments still give me stress and anxiety. That said, I love my dentist! The processes of digging in my gums (no, my avoidance of this industry for so long has resulted in a type of cleaning that is more intrusive so it is all my fault not theirs) is still uncomfortable. They are very personable and very easy to love as people. As someone who used to be a leader in business, there is an apparent synergy within the staff. If there is any friction, one never sees it. They constantly smile and I have witnessed great levels of patience when speaking with clients. My experiences have been great (outside the technical stuff I am positive will never "enjoy"). Mrs. Paige Knepp has made an effort to remember who I am as a person. If you want a dentist, I may think you need mental help! If you need one, please see this office. I always enjoy coming to the office. The staff are highly professional and customer-oriented. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that they use contemporary practices from an operational perspective (e.g. text/email reminders for appointments, functionality to conduct screening online, and they are pretty active on social media). Every single staff member works together as a team and creates a pleasant and welcoming environment. They have been very patient and helpful when I have had to change my appointment times, and the level of patient/client education is top-notch.
