After the water pump installation we purchased new water filter system from SENS. That also went well and we appreciated there advice to install one. In 2015 SENS installed a new outside faucet. Several months later the faucet had a defect and again SENS came to our rescue. They installed a new faucet right away and NO CHARGE to the customer. Here is another example of excellent service. Two weeks ago I asked them to look at our water pump and within a couple two hours they we here. No problem found but they wanted to be shore everything was ok. Service is everything. With them it is the best There service manager STEVE WEBSTER is very professional and displays very good manners. He is knowledgeable about his product lines and does not confuse the customer.
