I was here yesterday to get a notary signed and sent out!! first of all I want to say I barley go…read moreto usps to send things out I usually go to ups to scan and drop of packages that I prepaid for.. anyways I came in with my envelope prepared, address and sticker and everything... mind you im kinda distracted with other things but I told the girl who helped me that I need a notary signed and sent out. she asked me which I wanted to pay for and I ask the price difference and about the packaging it comes with. so shes telling me the prices then shows me an envelope, she looks down at my envelope, pauses and proceeds to say we would need to put it in a different envelope yada yada.. and im going along STILL not realizing that I dont even need to pay for this to be sent out but she continues to go with the charging me!! so im waiting and I realize this other lady in the back kinda looking at me crazy and im wondering why.. I proceed. then it hits me! WAIT I dont even need to be charged for this.. the girl helping me says nothing and removes the charge and continues to charge me only for the notary.. so before I leave I ask her "so just to make sure because I have this sticker on it, yall can send it out and im good. because thats me basically paying for it" she says "yes" so I leave and while im driving it dawns on me that this girl was gonna charge me and not say a thing about my sticker being on there, even after she noticed it was there after she told me i would need to put it in a different envelope.. then it makes sense to why the other girl in the bck is looking crazy because she can also hear and see everything going on!! I just wanna say I never never get on here to write these type of long reviews or even negative ones period but when I realize this I was very upset. because this is two employees noticing this and instead of giving good customer service they look at u crazy instead of trying to help!! and I will say this even if they didnt "notice" which im %100 they did the people behind the counter need to be more attentive when it comes to things like this because I wouldve been charged and had to return and get a refund, but what if I never even noticed?? thats money gone and u dont know what when or how people got things going on. this is very unprofessional and not ok at all!!

Evolution prints all of our signage (including retractables) and collateral materials, and they always look great! And they have pointed out mistakes prior to printing several times which saved us money. And they are always there for us. Last week was our conference. Evo printed out Avery name tags which looked great. But I realized the day before when I went to stuff them that the generic plastic name tag holders I bought were tight -- too small for the name tags to fit into. I called Evo and although it was late in the day, they had me drop off the name tags so they could trim them down for me ever so slightly and neatly with a professional machine cutter for a clean finish. It was a big save.

He did warn me that the last customer who used the same ink was running into some issues. He wanted to see if it will work this time on my printer. When I went to place the cartridge in the printer, I found out it doesn't work - I get an error message that the printer . I came back 2 weeks later to return it. The same guy who assisted me was not so nice than my first visit here. He was upset that I didn't give him a call and I was explaining to him the issue I had with the printer. He didn't say anything else as he was scanning the 2 cartridges I purchased. Never will I ever visit this place again. Side note - the cartridges are expensive here. I'd prefer going to Amazon or another place for a much cheaper price.

I had a giant box with a prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label to drop off. I called an hour prior to…read moredropping it off to make sure they'd take it. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone I told him that the box was originally sealed with carton staples but I didn't have any (who does?) to re-seal it and would have to use shipping tape. I asked if they had carton staples and he said they didn't. I asked if they had the plastic shipping strapping and he said they did. I asked how much it would be and he said they'd just throw a couple on the box. Great! I verified what time they closed and said I'd be over to drop it off. I got there an hour later, borrowed a dolly to get the box in and when I spoke to the manager he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about with the plastic straps and they didn't have them. There were only 3 employees there, two men and a woman. I'm pretty sure the person I spoke to on the phone was the manager. If it wasn't, the other guy was helping another customer and he didn't interject or say anything. So it was either that guy or the manager I was talking to- who had just out right lied to me on the phone just an hour earlier. I just don't understand the point in lying to a customer on the phone. Why? What do you gain from that? Be better.
