Then when I showed up to try it on, the owner had the audacity to tell me "it basically fit"!! I took it to my seamstress who had to reconstruct the dress to where I could actually wear it. I immediately called the salon to complain and the owner got very defensive telling me that the dress did not need to be taken in that much. After speaking with the owner more than twice and an email chain spanning 5 months, the owner said she would reimburse me for the damage to the dress and for the extra fee incurred from ordering the wrong size. The owner never held up her end of the bargain and continues to make excuses for the delay in paying me. Another bridesmaid was ordered a dress a size too small. The salon encouraged her to get the dress altered there with their seamstress. They also told her to lose 5 pounds. When she went to pick the dress up, the seamstress had destroyed the dress. It was hemmed way too short and the chest area was a disaster. She had to take the dress to another seamstress to fix what this salon did. The owner was totally not accommodating and actually rude. With all the bridal salons out there, I would never go back to this shit hole.
