They were able to attach it without having to replace the whole fender. This saved me over $400 and I did not have to file an insurance claim. I was already a very satisfied customer. Then Hurricane Helene caused a tree to land on the hood of my Lexus. My son was able to wire the hood and front fender together so I could drive in to get an estimate from Henson's Collision Center. My insurance company authorized the repairs and an appointment was made to begin the work. When the new hood arrived it was defective and Henson's would not use anything that was unsuitable, so ordered another hood. I am so pleased they insisted on quality parts when entrusted with my vehicle. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new. An added bonus was the fact that they polished/buffed out the "foggy" looking headlight lenses! They are now clear and I feel much safer knowing my headlights show up when driving at night or in the rain. Henson's did not have to take this extra step, but chose to help me out since I lamented that the lenses were really cloudy. This act of kindness, and generosity, is just one of the reasons I will always trust them whenever my car needs help. Everyone I dealt with was kind, considerate and pleasant to deal with. Over the last six years, I have had my Chrysler 300 fixed by them 3 times. Each time the car has…read morelooked as good as new when I picked it up. Two of the times were for minor body damage where they had to match the paint color. When I picked my car up, I couldn't tell where the damage had been even though I knew where it had been. The third time I was hit head- on from the driver's side to half the passenger side hood. Again, they did an excellent job. The car looked great! They are also very reasonably priced. My insurance company has accepted their estimates without question. Just as important, they have never talked down to me in a condensencing way. He took all my relative CASH for over two years, (yes you read that right, TWO years). After many broken job completion dates (4 WEEKS was the time frame he quoted TWO years ago! promises that the vehicle would be ready were broken time after time. You ask why my relative let the vehicle stay for that long........ it's because A. Waters accepted his CASH each time, but never delivered on his WORD nor his WORK. My relative felt he was to far into the CASH, he really just wanted his vehicle! A. Waters accepted CASH in the mid 4-digits. My relative went to pick his vehicle up today, January 30, 2024. Believe me when I say the vehicle was in worse shape on the pick-up, than the drop-off. So needless, to say the quality of his work is horrible. (Side note...he painted just the hood of another relative car, due to gravel dents paint does not match, the car is white, now, tell me how are you not able to match paint? I'm a kind of lame person to this industry, but I do know that to get the correct paint match you purchase the paint by the vehicles make/model/year. This owner is a joke!!!! He should be paying my relative, because he didn't return all the parts to the vehicle, he didn't cover parts of the vehicle as he was painting so now paint is in places it's not supposed be, on the windows, in the motor everywhere. So IF this guy does not go out of business soon. this is your WARNIN, WARNING do NOT take any vehicle to A. Waters / this shop!!!!!
