I paid $59.99 for the ultimate car wash, and I didn't even get a wash equal to what used to be their cheapest a few years ago. I will never come back to this place. The mats were not even cleaned. The windows weren't cleaned well, etc.. They spent a grand total of 15 minutes tops and half did everything. Never again. read more

Hmmm bad day at Parr..... very poor job. Manager / owner screamed at me about being too busy today to do a thorough job on my $39 purchase. Hmmm did not want to leave with the trash in the cargo area of my CRV as I did pay an up charge for having a hatch back. Customer service was not a priority. Tammy however, was wonderful and responsive and made it right, while the manager came back to me and continued to literally yell at me about my expectations of having my car vacuumed. He was very rude and in my face. Will be seeking other options. read more

If you want to spend $40 to have your vehicle washed and then go home and do it again yourself, this is the place for you. If you expect to have the interior of your vehicle wiped down, windows cleaned, crumbs and dirt vacuumed up, wheels cleaned of brake dust, and tires shined, then go somewhere else. I would suggest you save $40 and go to Shine on 9 and pay $10 and clean the interior of your vehicle yourself. Even the tire shine that the automatic car wash puts on your tires is better than Parr's. Completely disappointed and frankly pissed off that I paid so much money for a company to detail my vehicle and I had to go behind them and fix it. I pulled into my driveway and looked at my vehicle and wondered if I dreamed going to Parr's because it literally looked like it hadn't been washed in 2 weeks. The wheels still had brake dust on them. I took a rag and it came right off so it wasn't hard to do. That just shows me that the individual who was detailing my car either missed it or didn't care to do it. If he missed it than he missed all 4 wheels. The windows had a film on them like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, and there was dirt on every floor mat that I vacuumed up with my handheld vacuum. Just really bad service for a company that specializes in cleaning vehicles. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or just do it yourself because in the end, you will be doing it anyway. read more

I quit going there some time ago. Went in for an outside wash only; I had an appointment that morning. Tipped the attendant to dry it off and went off to my appointment. As soon as I got outside the car, a short while later, I noticed a film all over the car. I returned to the car wash and spoke to the owner. He addressed my issue by asking what type of wash I paid for earlier. His qualifying answer was that I should have got a more expensive car wash. I continued by saying that I tipped his guy to dry it off, and his qualifying answer was to tell me about customers that came in and tipped his guys $25....what arrogance. It was obvious that the attendant dried off my car with a dirty towel, which left the film. The owner wanted to acknowledge nothing, and that was my last trip. read more

they are always so busy and decided to bring my car here.. the price was very reasonable i paid around $26.. but when they called me to get my car, it was NOT clean.. i felt bad but i went to the guy in the back at the register .. and brought him to the car to show him that it was not vaccumed well .. he was not too happy about this and seemed like he really did not want to fix it, but he did.. when I'm paying to get my car cleaned i expect for it to be CLEAN read more

They are usually pretty busy so expect to wait in line but all in all they do a great job. They are absolutely the only place I'd take my car in the Boiling springs area. Like I said they are usually really busy but it's worth the wait. .. read more
