They were scheduled to mow every two weeks, but this week, they were late two days due to the Hurricane. I didn't expect them to mow until the ground gets all dry. We've been having rain for several days due to the recent hurricane, which was still drizzling this morning. They had no reason whatsoever to mow this morning. Within 16 days, the yard had no weeds; our grass was not tall and didn't need to be cut when it was raining. When I called the company, the lady told me, instead of apologizing for the damage, that the grass was so tall that they had to cut and how else they would cut without making a mud mess. she was so rude I couldn't believe this was happening.
