Then, like so many before, the communication starts breaking down. I don't hear from them, they don't return calls, they stop doing the yard work. It frustrates me because they never even give me a call back. Do they want to continue the job? Do they need more money? Is it something else? Their website says they are professional and dependable. That is simply not true. Really disappointing. Thought I'd found a good company to care for my property.
