After speaking with The Flower Cottage (they reached out to me) I have chosen to update my review…read more Although I am still not satisfied with the arrangement that was delivered, (not mine or my fathers taste) I understand the limited information that was provided to The Flower Cottage by the online company. I appreciate that they reached out to me and will contact them directly in the event I need another arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my father and paid over $100, I paid extra to ensure delivery on a Friday morning prior to noon. The funeral home contacted me the Monday before and told me the flowers had arrived that morning, obviously they would not last till Friday. I contacted the flower cottage and they said they would make it right. On Friday when I arrived for the service the arrangement was nothing like I ordered as you can see from the photos. I also paid extra for a ribbon with "Dad" on it, had I known they were simply going to write it in marker I would have purchased my own. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend the flower cottage again.
