Disappointed for the last time. I have ordered flowers for the gravesite of a loved one for multiple years now and despite copious instructions they have dropped the ball too many times. I just deleted a novel since most people won't care. Most importantly, this was $100 and I told them the the photo was super important since we are in another state. What did I get? $20 worth of flowers wrapped in newspaper and a photo about as good as the Amazon driver snaps for "proof of delivery". There are too many other florists to tolerate this disrespect. read more

An all-in-one gift central for holidays. They've got bears, chocolates and more. I've ordered there more than once and I'm not disappointed. Some of their items offer next day delivery and I'm thankful for that. I was most impressed that they took a photo of the arrangement and sent it to me via email. My mother was extremely impressed and the pictures don't do it justice. I asked them to put a butterfly decoration in and they did. I look forward to using them in the future. I chose this place because I liked that they said they used local, in season florals. I understand that this changes what flowers are available during different seasons so I knew the arrangement wouldn't look exactly like the photo online but what I ordered was called "Purple Pop" and what was delivered is much more in the pink family to me. I had looked at a few different florists and decided to splurge a bit and go here because I like their style so much. I'm pretty bummed because I feel like what was delivered was also much smaller than what was pictured online. It also said would come in a dark wood container but it didnt. I don't think it was worth the well over one hundred dollars I spent on it. I will say they delivered quickly, within a couple hours of my order. read more

I had gotten into the habit of using 1-800-flowers b/c it was easy to send gifts anywhere in the country. However, the last two times I used them, the flowers or plant received was nothing like what I had ordered. So when a family friend died in Virginia, I decided to try and find a florist local to the area. I looked at several places, but loved the Australian Berry plant offered by Eufloria. I ordered it--and the picture my friend sent of what she received was virtually identical to the website photo that had first gotten my attention. I have used this little local owned business a couple of times, each time I was extremely pleased with the service. I bought a couple of Rose bouquets for my wife and mother for a retirement ceremony. White for one Red the other, and both were very beautiful and well put together. The second time my mother asked for a recommendation to send flowers to my wife after a medical event. The staff was very helpful to my mother and the arrangement was lovely. I live in Washington, DC but I learned about this shop from a family member's Facebook post. I was impressed with its website and the candid biography of the owner, and I wanted something different from the 1-800-Flowers offerings for Valentine's Day. And so I took the plunge and ordered flowers and chocolates for delivery to a close relative who lives in Fredericksburg. The on-line ordering process was easy, and the items were delivered as promised. My relative was wowed, and I am definitely pleased. read more

They got the card completely wrong and left off the name Doris Buffett (and her daughter). I guess no one is safe. They sent a new card and left off a different name. They also put the names in the wrong order, even though it was spelled out in an email. They stopped communicating with me, said they couldn't reach me, after further investigation they had my email address wrong, even though we had been communicating via email, and my phone number wrong, even though they had called me several times. Still no corrected card or apology. Such poor attention to SO MANY details, and a pitiful lack of customer service. For a $150 plant you would expect more. Especially since they claimed they were friends with Doris Buffett. I will never use them again. Buyer beware! read more

I rarely write reviews but I am so appalled with the service I received that I wanted to put this warning out for others. My best friend had a seizure after delivering her baby and I wanted to send her flowers in the hospital. I searched flower delivery services in Fredericksburg but most of them were unable to fulfill new orders since the next day was Mother's Day. I found Eufloria's website and it indicated that they were still accepting orders, however you couldn't choose the arrangement and it would be the Designer's Choice, which was fine with me. I searched the zip code (that's the only way you can search to see if the flowers can be delivered to a certain area) and it said they were able to deliver. I placed my $90 order and received a confirmation e-mail. Come Sunday, I talk to my friend but she doesn't mention any flowers but she just had a seizure so, you know, she might have other things on her mind like her new baby. Come Monday, I ask her if she received any "special deliveries" and she says no. I call Eufloria on Wednesday to ask about the order. They tell me they were unable to deliver my order due to the COVID situation and the hospital not accepting deliveries (many of the other Fredericksburg florist websites indicated specifically they were delivering to the hospital so I didn't think it would be an issue and if it was, I assumed I would be contacted). They also told me it was up to the customer to verify that an order could be delivered to a specified place. I told the lady I did the zip code checker on the website (the only way they provide you can check) and if an order was unable to be delivered, I would expect the business to contact me (mind you this is 4 whole days later) and let me know my order could not be delivered, NOT just take my payment and leave me in the dark and never contact me. She said they had been "busy" and hadn't contacted me. I would think that they would have immediately noticed the hospital issue, especially when I wrote in the comments my friend's name and that she was at Mary Washington hospital in the ICU. I would think that would've immediately prompted them to contact me if they knew the hospital wouldn't accept a delivery at this time. I asked for my credit card to be credited and they said they wouldn't do that but offered to deliver the flowers once she got home. Now, I have no idea when that will be so I said I would prefer to have my $90 back. They then said they could offer a store credit. I told them I likely won't have any reason to get flowers delivered to Fredericksburg in the near future so I'd prefer my payment back. This lady then handed the phone to another lady who was extremely monotone and disinterested. She told me they couldn't refund my payment and I could contact their third party payment service provider about this to see if they could do anything. Now, if the business couldn't fulfill my order, shouldn't they facilitate this on my behalf, as opposed to making me hunt down some third party service provider, explain a service situation in which they would probably have to contact the business, and generally waste my time? I told this lady I would dispute the charge through my credit card company and thanked her for the excellent customer service, to which she replied, okay. Overall, this is such an unethical way for a business to treat a customer, especially not ever contacting me about the order being unable to be delivered and not facilitating a way for me to get my money back. This is unethical - they state nothing about customers being required to validate delivery on their website (how would I even do this beyond the zip code checker they provide), and the overall lack of interest in finding a solution shows me what they really care about (or at least the two people handling my phone call). read more
