Not what I would have expected for the price. Maybe I should have sprung for the up charged service, but it had the services I needed in the standard. The guy showed up in his personal vehicle and no uniform of any sort. All he had was the machine and a bucket full of random cleaning items. He was finished in less than an hour to me that seemed super quick for the size of at least one of the rooms. The carpets were cleaned on a Saturday and the carpet was still damp come Monday. I called the company to tell them my issues and they didn't seem to care or try to fix it. We will not be using the company again.
