They initially start the cleaning with photos, but it's very telling that the photos are in their favor so that it looks well however, when you dive deep into the cleaning, it's not cleaned.. the products use were from the dollar tree so therefore their water down and did not last. My guest found trash in their bed after being made up mirrors were not clean corners of each room we're not clean, but it had dust and dirt cabinets were not cleaned in the bathroom not even dusted on the outside. Mirrors were not cleaned in the bedrooms under the bed, was not dusted or swept in their hardwood floors in the master trash is found in the bed in my guest bedroom as my guest slept. There are complete stains and clutter in the kitchen area no appliances were wiped down and the microwave was not cleaned out as it was supposed to as well as dusting of the shelves was not completed. I end up having to complete the house cleanup on my own after leaving the hospital when I called back and showed pictures of the actual footage versus with my Cleaner hat taken, I was told that they could come back and do what was missed, which was the majority of my house, including my sticky heart with floors throughout every single room because the mop was not changed from the restroom to the regular floors, so it left a residue and almost like a toilet like smell. When I called back, I was told that I would have to pay for an additional cleaning and for an additional person to come out however, when we spoke over the phone, I was told by Miss Terry that two people would come out and that she had called me to apologize, letting me know that one person was stuck in the rain, but they will be there as soon as possible however, when I asked for the two cleaners to come back and re-clean my home I was told that there will be a another hundred dollar 50 charge this is absolutely ridiculous and I think that it's a fraud as well as a scam. I will be going back to pretty girls clean too llcI never should have stepped out of there company at all, no matter the charge.

When I walked in and I found her shitting in my bathroom, the owner and I discussed it and I requested that the employee not come back to my home to clean and the owner agreed. The company respected that until December I walked out in my living room to see the same cleaner standing in my home and did not even say good morning to me. Now fast forward to January 5, they did it again. Brought the same employee to my home and when I told them that I would not be able to allow her to clean my home, but the other cleaner Alyssa is allowed to come in to clean, Alyssa told me it will just be her cleaning and she went to check in with the office manager Steve. Alyssa came back and said they will have to clean on another day because Steve said she can't do it on her own. They then proceeded to charge my card on-file and indicated that I refused access to the home which I have video recordings from my doorbell that I did not refuse access to Alyssa. They are the ones who refused to allow Alyssa to clean the home alone. 2. Very unprofessional services. They will be in the wrong and not apologize. They no showed on me back on Sept 29, and then gaslit me and said that my schedule got thrown off from vacations that I took several months prior. Up until that time, they were coming for the regular two weeks schedule, so I'm not sure how to schedule worked for several months and then suddenly did not work in Sept. They clearly messed up and had a scheduling error and instead of owning that as any professional Business would do they gaslight costimers. 3. The cleaning services was great in the beginning and then their attention to detail and level of cleaning drastically dropped. They would clean and my bathroom floors would be left completely dirty for several cleanings back to back. They were spraying and washing it down, rather than actually scrubbing it. See photos below. Several other areas of my home would be neglected from basic things like dusting the lights over my kitchen island, blinds, cleaning the backsplash behind my stove, cleaning the range hood, cleaning underneath the kickboards of the cabinet where several food crumbs would remain that my 19 month old daughter would constantly pick up. And there's so much more. 4. They scratched the outside of my new tub in my bathroom with their vacuum. 5. Please note that if you use this company, not only will you get unprofessional services, but they will have a nasty attitude that you are begging them to clean and they are doing you a favor. These are very inexperienced people trying to run a business and doing a very poor job at it. RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS's REPLY. Using ChatGPT to reply to me is actually amusing and shows that you just don't know what you're doing. You can't even come up with an authentic response and a lack of education in your field. It truly baffles me that they will lie when I have video recordings and I am not bluffing. I just sent them proof that I have a video recordings. I did not address the employee directly. I spoke to the Action manager this morning and I said to her very calmly that I was confused because I had an agreement with the owner Kia for the individual to not return to my property. In fact, my video recording will show that the employee walked away while I was speaking to the acting manager to go back to their car and started cursing, she was the one who used profanities. As far as several site visits, management visiting and quality control, THAT IS A LIE. The owner Kia cleans my home. That's not a site visit, that was her coming every two weeks to clean and she was part of the problem. She's actually the one who did not clean my shower for 3 consecutive cleanings. If a company would lie, knowing that a customer have actual video proof....RUN! These are not the kind of people that you want cleaning your home. And I absolutely use profanity only after they left my property and charged my card today on January 5, 2026. Our long history of text messages conversations history will show that there was never prior any profanities used before that. I also downloaded and saved all video recordings from my camera anytime any discussion took place in my home regarding any issues so I have proof so keep lying and I'll show those as well. ANOTHER UPDATE: Company states that they're immediately refunded me that is a lie. Got an email indicating that I was charged and there is no email indicating that I was refunded and my bank account reflects the same. These people are DANGEROUS !! They are lying, knowing that I can disprove everything that they are saying.

But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the hassle, which I really appreciated. Both times the techs were pleasant and efficient. I also appreciated that, prior to treatment, they used a black light to thoroughly assess the problem. One thing to know is that the smell can actually get worse for a few days after deep enzyme cleaning (which really surprised me!). Keeping the windows closed at first, then airing out, running two air purifiers on turbo, and vacuuming thoroughly really helped. Vacuuming is so important because it lifts leftover VOC particles that cause "ghost smell" even after enzyme treatment. I also used an odor powder (Rocco & Roxie) over the carpet, left it for 24 hours, then vacuumed again. Blocking off the area with aluminum foil and barriers helped stop my cat from re-marking the same spots too. In the end, Citrus Fresh helped me save my carpet. I'd recommend them -- just know to stick with it, ask for the advanced treatment and be patient if you have a tough pet mess like mine!

Fabulous! In less than 24 hours Steve responded to my email request, was at my home to assess the services and provide me with a quote. The process for setting up a date and time for the cleaning was easy too. Steve and his team did a great job cleaning, ensuring when I arrived home that everything will spotless, dust-free and ready for my mom's inevitable white glove test when arrived in town the next day. Like most daughters, trying to avoid the "I've taught you how to clean better than this" conversation with their mom, I was able to successfully pass my mom's test and enjoy the weekend with her. She even commented on clean it was. I just smiled at my husband and said thanks to her, while jumping for joy on the inside. Everything from the dust on top of our cabinets and in between the blinds was taken care of. My husband even said he almost lost his balance on our scale, as it was squeaky clean in the most literal way possible. Steve and his team also took the time to arrange our furniture, tabletop accessories and pillow arrangements back the way we had them. In my previous experience this is where most cleaning services fall short, throwing things back wherever because they are in a hurry and did not think to take note ahead of time. Meticulous and Immaculate describes my experience with Ansley Home Cleaning. I have had other housekeepers in my life but this service is by far the very best. To begin with the personnel really clean, as in scrubbing tubs, eliminating dust and cobwebs, dusting baseboards and windowsills, and cleaning each component of Venetian blinds. Today so many cleaning personnel impress the customer by their flair for fluffing pillows, or making up a bed as in a four star hotel. However when you scratch the surface, your furniture and your ceilings have webs and dust. Not so with Ansley home cleaning. The other great things include their care of fragile items in my home, their punctuality, and their openness to feedback. Steve the owner is in top of his business and hires top notch housekeepers who are trustworthy, honest, and friendly. I cannot say enough about this fantastic ckesning service. Steve was a lifesaver! I moved into a new house this weekend. When I went to look at it on Friday, I found the place a cleanliness disaster. I definitely didn't want to move all of my things in a filthy house. I called around and no one could help me out on such short notice - less than 24 hours. When I got on Yelp, I saw a lot of great reviews of Steve and his business. I gave him a call and was immediately impressed. He was so nice and even though it was 5 pm on a Friday, he agreed to be at my house at 8 am on Saturday for a full-blown move-in cleaning. He was prompt and is so nice and enthusiastic. My apartment needed cleaning, a lot more than I realized until Steve Perry and his team did my initial cleaning. When I came back after a few hours, it was like walking into a brand new apartment - I hardly recognized the place. The detail-oriented sweat equity that was put into this cleaning was utterly fantastic. From my marble countertops to my oven and stove top to my bedroom - everything was suddenly immaculate. When I mean detailed, I mean detailed - they emptied my refrigerator and scrubbed the thing down and placed all of my food etc back where it was, spent "as long as it took" to get the job done down to cleaning even the insides of my washer. Let me start out by saying, that this was the best experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. I was in need at the very last second for a move-out clean, and Steve was kind enough to fit me into his schedule. The apartment was sparkling clean in a matter of hours, and Steve was friendly, professional, and made sure that all my needs were met. Great experience! First, Steve, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He got back to me right away and fit me in for a Move-out cleaning at the last minute over the New Year's holiday. Secondly, the team of 2 got it done quickly and went down my move-out sheet item by item to make sure nothing was missed. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently, covering all the basics like vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Steve and his team! They came in and made my home amazing even just after their initial clean. Steve has amazing communication about his arrival times, dates and process! I have just gotten a new puppy and they made it look look like he doesn't even live there anymore. Paula did a great job! A deep cleaning in four hours. She was personable and cheerful and worked like a non-stop "white tornado" and was very thorough. Not only was the service much less than promised. The owner's attitude is THE most disgusting attitude I have heard in years. In fact, I literally cannot even recall an owner aggressively yelling, but the owner does. I've literally, personally, been bullied by this Company but I'm no longer going to remain silent... you have to stand up to bullies.... YELP-- you should too. It's not right to be bullied. **THE WORK:// I watched them do the work. They made the house look better, but did less than half the time promised. They promised 10-2pm or later if needed. They started at 11:15 and left at 1:15. They also took 3 smoke breaks. Angela the main housekeeper could not keep up and did much less than her assistant. Billy her assistant did the kitchen, he did the heavy lifting. Angela unfortunately should not be cleaning houses for a living. At the last minute she refused to do two rooms -- the walk in closet and a bedroom because it was too dusty. I've never heard of a professional housecleaner being afraid of dust. Even after every single piece of furniture was removed she still didn't do it. They have very low standards on what is acceptable for clean. **SERVICE:// The owner has been harassing me, literally. She has personally cursed me out via text... its quite shameful. Future potential patrons of Tonia's Housecleaning, you will have a tough job talking to her if anything goes wrong. She doesn't care about how bad of a job they did or not honoring the price given. She doesn't care about the customer. **SUGGESTION:// In my opinion -- You shouldn't patronize them, but if you do for some strange reason--- have them do a walk-through of what they can do and get everything in writing first. Make sure it's very clear what they are going to do, record it if needed. That being said she is the only reason I have given the second star. There were cobwebs left in a few corners and a light fixture was broken. The clean was far to expensive for the service I received. I would not recommend using moxie but if you do choose to use them make sure to be present for the walk through after and take pictures before just in case anything gets broken. The broken light fixture was not noted on the virtual walk through afterwards and when I called to let them know my issue they implied that they had not broken the light (even though I had photos to prove that the fixture had not been broken before they showed up). They did offer a $40 refund for the broken light fixture however the fixture is at least twice the price. As for the left cobwebs the Moxie Maids had no real response to the issue and put the blame on me for not being there afterwards for an in person walk through. Moxie Maids were very flexible with my schedule, however the price is far to expensive for the service I received.

Eco-Friendly brought over a team and I'm so happy I chose their service. [SERVICE] I chose a deep clean service with multiple add-ons (window blinds, extra tub/shower scrub). Due to the size of our house we were provided with 4 cleaners who arrived exactly on time - I was so pleased that we were given 4 cleaners instead of the standard 2. But keep in mind, this depends on the service and add-ons selected as well as the size and condition of your home. It took 2.5 hours with the crew of 4. The cleaners that came were all so respectful, courteous and attentive to detail. I hope the next time I call, we get to have this same exact team. [QUALITY] I have two dogs (including a very furry Golden Retriever), and the amount of fur bunnies that roll around the floors and furniture is never ending. The areas underneath the beds and sofas were like deep, dark jungles of fur. After the cleaning service, it was so clean, I could see the reflection of my face coming off those floors. There was also this small, dusty Slytherin pin tumbling around my closet, someone even cleaned that. [PRICE] The price depends on the service(s) you're requesting (noting that a standard clean and a deep clean are different), the size of your house, and also the condition your house is in. With that being said, I was happy with the price I paid. I've tried Hux a few times and one other cleaning service in the Atlanta area, all of those charged less but the service and quality were not worth it. But I'm happy with the service and quality I received from Eco-Friendly for the price I paid, and I will gladly call them next time.

My condo looks and feels so much better. They were so thorough! I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it. One more note, the cleaning was almost a week ago and my house still smells great when I walk in. I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products.

I had knee replacement and cleaning bathrooms can be tough for me and I retired and just want someone to come in every two weeks and get it all very clean. I don't worry that they'll let my cat out or disturb any neighbors (I'm in a condo). I like that my crew is familiar with my house and how I like things.
