My husband rented the life jackets anyways. We were told they were $15 to rent (with a $100 deposit on our credit card). He told us to "bring them back any time, since it was only $15 to rent." .... So, upon bringing them back, he charged us $60. He charged us $15/day per jacket, but failed to state that at all. I don't recommend this business at all. There's absolutely no reason for him to have "forgotten" to tell us it's a daily charge, especially since we asked outright. I get that people need to make a living, but this isn't how you do it folks. I'd give zero stars if I could. It seemed like this wasn't his first time "forgetting" to tell people it was a daily rental. Beware!!

Best part; these guys are the type you want to sit over a pizza & beers while swap surfing stories with - they are good "salt of the earth" people. Now I am wanting to treat myself to a new fish also from Al Merrick. I will most certainly be back and I continue to recommend this amazing shop to all my friends.
