Except when it's snow season that we can't park by the street but no biggie it's very understandable. Heat, water, and gas are included to rent fee. Through the years I think we have referred just about 7 people to come live here and only 2 have left ( one moved out of state and the other bought a house!) My cleaning lady mistakenly put my garbage in another persons waste receptacle and they took it out and I found it hanging outside my apartment door. I wasn't getting packages and when I told Maria she was so nasty and said "that's not my problem ". It became so horrific I had to send packages to family members homes. So when the pool wasn't open for over an hour past the opening time I said that's not my problem. They sent me eviction notices that if I said anything else I'd be put out and I wasn't allowed into the office. They are abusive and harassing to everyone who lives there. People don't last more than their one year lease and a few I spoke to said it was so bad they broke their lease and just left. They charged me for a water bill I had already paid and then after looking at the complete year of payments I realized they charge you for a full month before and time after that you're not living there because no meters are read and they do not prorate. One man told me after getting off the elevator he was talking to someone and petting their dog and the next day received an email saying his rent was going up because he had a dog. They are the nastiest, evil people and should all be fired . Kaplan will have empty apartments if that administration is left there. Please go somewhere else! You'll be so sorry if you take their bate.

Delivery fees are slightly higher than other places but town residents get a discount. They didn't have topsoil delivery which I thought they would have so that's really the only downside for me. Overall good place I think the main focus is more stone and masonry opposed to overall a landscaping supply.

The engineer that arrived gave us several pieces of severely incorrect and alarming information causing a significant stir for us as it had major implications. We asked the engineer to get back to us the next day given how significant this was. The following day we had to follow up to try and get more information. We were eventually told "Whoops" I was completely off on what I told you yesterday. We ended up having to bring in a more experienced engineer at significant cost and on an emergency basis who explained that Paragon's engineer was completely miss guided in his assessment and what he was mistaken about. Given this situation we were not comfortable proceeding with this company. We reached out to the owners. They overtly admitted to the issue but refused to make it right and cancel the work. We had to follow up several times. Unfortunately this firm just doesn't have an appreciation for the customer or the integrity to make things right after a major mess up.

All of my emails were subsequently ignored. I contacted Paragon to see if there was a manager or owner who I could speak to about my issues. Nasir said there was no one else and that he was in charge. Today I hear back from Nasir (5 days late) and he says he will only "release" the report after receiving the balance of $200. He never mentioned that the total would need to be paid before receiving the report and since they only accept checks, it would be another few days before receiving my report. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and rude. Nasir has been the worst and has made it impossible for me to find an answer to my question. I would avoid hiring this company at all costs.
