I had to come into the front office during work hours to straighten out the account problems. 15+ lockers were broken into on the weekend of 5 Feb 2022. Mine was one of them. Numerous maintenance issues. Security doors not closing properly, debris remining in the halls and parking bays for months. Both elevators were out of service on 28 Feb 2022. There are no stairs to get to the second level, therefore my locker was inaccessible on Monday and I had to make alternate arrangements to store my vehicle load of stuff until they get their facility repaired. On paper, it checked a lot of boxes, and I was initially excited. That excitement didn't last long. After a snowfall, the plowing situation was a major issue. The property is plowed just enough for vehicles to pass through, but snow is pushed directly in front of the outdoor units. My 5x5 unit ended up with nearly two feet of packed snow blocking the door for several days. When I contacted the office, I was told I was responsible for shoveling it out myself and that this is stated in the lease. That may be technically true, but it's not something most customers expect from a paid storage facility. Beyond that, the unit itself has drawbacks. The ceiling height is noticeably lower than comparable units I've rented elsewhere, and the floor is uneven, which makes installing shelving frustrating and unstable. Overall, the pricing and location are decent, but access issues and unit quality make this hard to recommend, especially in winter.

Just took my belongings out of storage yesterday.... and so far i've discovered i have 2 TVs missing, a playstation, a printer, my apple TV and the worst part... my childrens toys that they love! My girls had a whole barbie collection in there & it was just taken by some low lifes who decided to take advantage of our things. Toys from when i was a kid that i passed down, GONE. Forever. This place is secured with a locked gate & supposed '24 hour surveillance'. I cannot get a freaking dime for any of my STOLEN property. So much evil in this world. During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission.
