He went above and beyond to help wherever he could and never made it feel like an inconvenience, even though we were moving out of the unit. I've received 2 increases in less than a year. When attempting to configure autopayment through their portal, using the exact details copied/pasted from my lease I was unable to establish an account profile because it could not match to a tenant. When I tried going to my unit today, my gate code no longer works and I've received no communication indicating a change, suspension or other issue. There are no employees onsite at any time, and when calling the phone I first had to listen to/decline (5) separate ads for completely unrelated services, at which point I was connected to a chatbot that claimed the business I was trying to reach is not a recognized client. The website is down. This has all the markings of a business that is either heading into bankruptcy or has been sold to a holding company.

This facility was acquired by iStorage ( https://www.istorage.com/storage/ohio/storage-units-loveland/4100-US-Route-22-W-853 ) in December of 2021. I started my rental at the end of November 2021. They did not handle the transition of the account well. I had to come into the front office during work hours to straighten out the account problems. 15+ lockers were broken into on the weekend of 5 Feb 2022. Mine was one of them. Numerous maintenance issues. Security doors not closing properly, debris remining in the halls and parking bays for months. Both elevators were out of service on 28 Feb 2022. There are no stairs to get to the second level, therefore my locker was inaccessible on Monday and I had to make alternate arrangements to store my vehicle load of stuff until they get their facility repaired. Obviously looking for another facility in the area. I suggest you move on to the next review and skip this facility. 2022 FEB

Milford Self storage, with the indoor climate controlled units were always great. We used them in the summer and fall - we visited our unit often, almost weekly, and the temperature never fluctuated - we are extremely pleased with them and will use them when we need storage again.

I accept the price changes, but the recent notification stating that they will ONLY TAKE CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS is not the way I do business. I have always been on time with my bank doing auto payments. When I called my call was not returned, when I called again I was very rudely treated. Move if you want to was the general tone. When I asked to talk to a higher management I was told a firm NO. When I ask to have higher management call me, I was also told NO. It has always been very well maintained, but what is next.
