As we were getting set up, the staff asked if we were needing a shuttle ride to the resort and made sure to let the driver know to hold spots for us until we were ready. I am not an expert skier so I can't speak about the quality of the skis but the Salomon boots were the most comfortable I have ever worn. They fit me at first try and were warm and dry the whole time. My feet never ached (which they always do when I ski) and I felt they helped me control my skis very well. The return process was straightforward. The shuttle dropped us off at the shop and we didn't have to sign out. Prices were reasonable and cheaper than at other ski resorts. For the quality of the equipment, I think it was good value. Highly recommended!

Since I love these boots so much, he suggested I try K2 Revolve boots at their Sunlight shop in town, then helped this old lady carry my old boots & skis down to my car in the parking lot! Kudos to Kale - I bought those very boots and was able to continue my skiing the next day. THANK YOU KALE!!!

I brought my nearly 30 year old Specialized road bike in for a tune up and a new computer. It was a pretty quick conclusion that my bike was old and in need of serious attention. An easy fix would be a new bike , which was not in my budget. I really just wanted my old bike fixed up and Nick and his team answered the call. My bike was handed over to bicycle tech Eric who did an amazing rebuild on my old ride. My road bike is like new and I couldn't be happier with my service! Finding parts was challenging and I know from experience that no other bike shop would probably even look at it. Eric explained the service to me and didn't make me feel like a dumbass who should really just buy a new bike. Customer service is "KING" period!
