My family and I rented a 14 yard bin to clean out multiple rooms in our house. We ended up filling it up pretty high, but we had over 25 tubs of computer parts, college things from the 80's, and more obsolete things that were taking up a lot of space. This company was extremely helpful, quick, reliable, customer-service oriented, timely, and friendly. They allowed us to have the bin for as long as we wanted, and told us they "don't recognize holidays, and would come at any time." With this being right at Christmas time (literally we emailed them in the evening on the 21st and were able to get a bin the 22nd in the early morning) we were astounded with how great they were. The man who dropped off the bin told us that he was more than happy to do this, and had even cracked 4 ribs the day before! Talk about high quality people! The man who was picking up our bin even picked up stray pieces of trash that was on our driveway. The bin doesn't even touch the driveway! How amazing is that? They load it on wood so that it doesn't cause any driveway damage and will sweep your driveway afterwards! The quality and efficiency of service from these folks is superior. We arranged for a 14 yard dumpster to be delivered when we were not there. It was delivered on time, placed at the exact location in the driveway that we specified, and placed on wood pads so that there was no damage to the driveway. The bin was clean, and in great shape. The instructions on the website regarding what could and could not be put in the bin were very clear. We finished a day before the originally scheduled pick up date, and when I called to have it picked up a day early, there was no problem at all. It was picked up that morning. The scheduling process was easy, and the woman with whom I spoke both times that I called was pleasant, helpful, and courteous. The convenience of being able to get rid of a load of junk on site cannot be overstated. I believe that it would have been more expensive in dump fees at the Mecklenburg recycling center than the cost of this bin. I would not hesitate to use this service again. read more

They were really quick to respond to us after we left a message. They called my husband back within the hour to set up a time. Their rates are amazing and they came out the very next day when I called. When the guy cam out to set up the bin he was very professional and nice. He knew exactly what he was doing and was quick. I was able to park my truck in the driveway along side the bin and my husband even had enough room to park his truck in the drive way also without the bin being in the way. I highly recommend them. Everything from ordering to pick-up went perfectly. The driver was professional and punctual, placed the bin exactly where we wanted. The bin was clean and easy to open/close and exactly the right size for our job. Much easier to manage than a bigger bin that would have to have been placed on the street. I had the best experience with Bin There Dump That! I saw a neighbor had a bin in front of their house and I had been considering getting one prior to a move so I gave them a call to ask about pricing and scheduling. Decided to pull the trigger and it was SO worth it, greatest decision ever!! I had the bin for 10 days and the delivery and pick up were totally smooth. Rented a 15#. Was delivered on time. Called ahead. Drive was nice enough to ask where to place the dumpster. An added plus...drive placed the dumpster on wood planks, as not to damage the concrete drive. Email the day before pickup. Will use these guys again. read more
