I received check on Saturday 9/27 after banks had closed. It appear any client who responds with a negative review has inaccurate statements. And - they file incorrectly with the relevant County Surrogate Court. This firm has held up Probating my Father's Estate from his death June 23rd - was returned to their office on Oct 29. Filed incorrectly. oh - they never actually FILED until 10/24. Really? they created the Will AND the Trust!!! Today is 11/12 - Safe Harbor has NOT YET notified me that the Probate Petition was returned to them on 10/29??? Hmm.

I talked to a polite professional lady over the phone and during the call she listened to my problem and made me feel like she was concerned and wanted to help me. We ended the call with her telling me id be hearing from them in a day or two. The next morning I was contacted by a nice gentleman that listened to my problem and offered suggestions.
