I went in for a cryotherapy session since they opened very recently and are running a sale for a free session, and you just need to pay for the kit, which is absolutely worth it and usable (2 super cozy and thick socks, ear muffs, gloves, and a mask!). Cryotherapy has many benefits that help healing the entire body and mind! Their machine is a full body cryotherapy system, which was nerve wrecking to me, but Liana was so absolutely wonderful at making me feel comfortable and prepared me for the session. She put music on and walks you through the whole time, which was very short and doable, and I felt absolutely amazing after the fact. I went back for a facial with Leah, and I'm so glad I did! She was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable and professional. I literally felt like my face had been replaced afterwards with a much cleaner, glowing, younger skin. This place offers a lot of services! I can't wait to try them all!

I chose my legs for 30-minutes. You will use two sleeves for your legs. This felt like controlled pressure on/off of my legs. The listed benefits are Improved lymphatic function and circulation, reduced muscle aches and pain. Improved flexibility and mobility, Increased athletic performance and reduced recovery time. Red light therapy is for 20-minutes and you have the option to wear the complimentary eye covers but it's recommending to just soak in the red light during the treatment. After both sessions I felt relaxed and my muscles felt good. I've been working out every day and I've been feeling sore and a bit fatigued. Hoping I can sleep better after the treatments. The facility itself is spacious and clean. There's light music and tv's displaying scenic views throughout the building. There's complimentary water + blankets if needed.
