That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. From what my wife said, someone else in one of the complexes we're in is thinking of calling the health department because they're taking so long to do repairs. Lindsay, Suzanna, and everyone else that I have dealt with that didn't follow through on their promises. How do you charge a Tenant for a whole HVAC UNIT? (8,900) Not one time but this is the second time that they tried to make me pay for a HVAC UNIT. (5,000) Not To mention that they sent a man out to My House that was NOT HVAC Certified, Didn't Know what he was doing (make Ready Man) This company will not fix nothing. No matter how many repair requests you put in. They always try to make you pay for it.
