I have been using this salon since the day it opened and have been seeing my hairdresser (the owner) for 23 years! I refuse to go anywhere else. They do an amazing job no matter what you want done to your hair! I can simply tell them what I think I want and tell them to do what they think is best! It always turns out amazing! They also do my eyebrows! I don't know what I'd do without these girls! read more

This place is THE best! All the ladies that work there make you feel so comfortable and at home. I usually pick pretty funky styles and the stylists are always spot on with the cut and style. AND if something wont work with my hair type, they will tell you and help you make a few changes that will! read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! If you want your hair to break off in your hands then by all means go see the inexperienced staff here. I went there to have my color touched up. That night when my hair got wet I could not run my fingers thru my hair. By the next morning my hair was breaking and falling out, so much that my husband freaked out. The end result was.....the salon did nothing!!! I had to go back to Florida only to find out they damaged my hair so bad I needed to cut it ALL OFF!. We started with 7 inches. To date (little over a year later and numerous trips to Florida) I have cut off 13 inches and still have approximately 3 to go and I cannot put any color in my hair!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

Shayna, the girl that does the make-up, didn't really listen to what I wanted and when I asked her to change something she told me that I was just being too critical of myself and that it looked good to her. When I went to pay, she tried to charge me $10 more than we had spoke about on the phone and then claimed that she forgot the prices that were given out. She agreed that the other price was correct and ended up giving me that price but if I hadn't spoken up she would have overcharged me and I felt like it was somewhat intentional. The girl who did my hair was very nice but the style didn't even last until I got home. All of the curl had fallen out and I had to re-do it. I had to re-do my make-up also so basically all my money was wasted. I was thinking about using them for my wedding. So thankful I decided to try them out early! Also, if you call they are not very organized at calling you back or scheduling appointments. There was another lady in the salon who waited over 30 minutes for the lady who was supposed to do her hair to show up and when she got there she had completely forgotten about the appointment and told the lady she was going to have to schedule for another day. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. read more

I was hoping to get something similar or at least approximating. Chrissy spent 30 minutes examining the reference photos and video from all angles, examining the shape of my head thoroughly, and for the first time in my life, I had a stylist tell me exactly how they'd recreate what I want on my head, instead of suggesting something sort of like it. She explained to me small adjustments she'd have to make to get the same effect so it would look the way I wanted. After the cut, I got home and wanted to cry, because for the first time I left a salon looking EXACTLY how I pictured it in my head, and not sort of like what I wanted or some compromise. She is an artist. I've been in for numerous touch-ups and through my short hair journey, she has listened to me and the new ways I experiment with styling my hair, and the style continues to evolve. Earlier this week I went in for a touch up, and she wanted to really get it right so we sat down and looked at pictures online of what I wanted, and again, she accomplished it beautifully on my head. Upon entering the salon you're greeted with a relaxing but trendy atmosphere. The salon is home to two stylists but it's still very spacious for a small salon. I had my first appointment with Chrissy this morning and I am so happy with the way my hair looks! I'm a stylist as well and in the past I have gone to other stylists and not always been fully satisfied with the results. Needless to say I felt completely at ease as soon as I sat in Chrissy's chair. She understood exactly what I wanted to work towards and knew the things that needed to be corrected. I also fully applaud her ability to juggle several clients at once. She transitioned from client to client so well and made sure we were all taken care of. My service ended up being a color correction due to some work from a previous stylist that had to be fixed. She blended my color melt seamlessly and gave me a great starting point to go even lighter next time. Pricing is on point and worth every bit of it! I can confidently say that I'll most definitely be returning and Chrissy made sure to book my next appointment before I left.
