I am a relatively new customer of Deja View but my experience with their entire team has consistently been 5 Star!!!! I started off with a whole house indoor and outdoor window cleaning...which was impeccable, fairly priced and so clean, I did wonder why I was doing it myself for so many years! In the early stages of that process, I asked their office manager Ashley if they had anyone who might be able to fix a few of our windows that weren't functioning properly. I had gotten 3 previous "window doctors" who came out and told me the windows were too old to fix (19 yrs old) and that they couldn't find parts for it and then offered to sell me a new window. No thank you! Brandon with DJV came out and with our permission he pulled apart one of the non-functional windows and took the broken part back to the office to research replacing it. It took about a month, but he finally found a company who made a product which would work in our windows. Brandon is a born problem solver! He called us and said he thought he had a part that would work, came out to our house and in under an hour the 3 windows which had been broken for about 7 years were fixed. My neighbors lights were so nice I asked how they could reach 40' high. That led to Deja View's doing my Christmas lights and they looked amazing! I was really impressed with Brandon and his very high work standards. When I learned they washed windows I asked them to come back in April; year after year, after year and those little windows above the doors and large windows sparkle; and the screens, basement tracks and security doors have never been cleaner. I of course had them return in the fall so I could enjoy the winter view too. This holiday they turned my largest tree into an amazing ball of light siting on top of a bright white trunk. Deja View also lit the entire roof line on two levels (front and back). For the first time I asked what they else they could do... Brandon had impressive ideas to decorate the fireplace chimney and all along the rock capstones. I couldn't figure out how to decorate the granite, but they did! Oh gee, did I mention his team wore masks and booties, were careful with my furniture and accessories while washing indoor windows, and that now I have them cleaning my dryer vent too? Great company, and Wade and Nate both not only did a great job, but shared excellent information, which I'll address below. First, they maintained excellent communication, not only answering a variety of questions we had both before and after the cleaning, but also keeping us up-to-date as they came for our appointment. During the cleaning process, they kept mats down, and split the outside and inside tasks to avoid tracking in anything. They made notes to address afterwards, and helped with a brown-recluse problem! Afterwards, they shared some helpful information regarding thermal leaking on a few of our panes, pointed out where we had spider issues, and addressed some minor damage we hadn't noticed. This is the third time we've had our windows washed by Deja View and we couldn't be happier with the results. Tyler and Larry were friendly, respectful of our environment, and efficient. We just assumed they wouldn't be able to wash the three weird skylight-type windows we have in the main bedroom but they did it including the one that didn't swing open! My next door neighbor recommanded Deja View. We had our interior/exterior windows and screens cleaned. Customer service was excellent with keeping in touch by email before scheduled day of service, as well as touching base by text before arriving the day of service. One employee completed all of our windows and he was extremely miticulous. I'm not sure how long it took, maybe 2 hours. We were very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the employee. We have lived in this area for 7 years and used many different window cleaners, hands down Deja View is my number one choice. I will never use any other company again. I got my windows washed , inside and out and the gutters cleaned. I will say the entire experience from the start to finish was awesome. The communication was great, they were there on time and were quick and clean. Brandon came and did the initial quote and I received the quote later on the same day. Nate and Micah arrived on time and did a great job and were very friendly to me and my dogs. I received a thank card yesterday with a 10% discount for another service and then another one today with a sweet treat! The estimate for services was performed quickly. When I decided to use this company, I was able to book within one-two weeks. The workers showed up on time, and had texted me when they were on their way. They were very polite - and none of them said "no problem" (which is my most hated phrase of all time). They quickly finished the outside (trying to beat the impending thunderstorm), Inside the home, they wore booties over their shoes, worked quickly, quietly, and were done in a reasonable amount of time. I have never used a window washing service before so was not sure what to expect. Contracted with Deja View based on Yelp reviews. I could not be more pleased. Chris showed up a few minutes early, explained what he would do and then got to work. He worked a solid 5 hours. My home has some challenges - narrow space on one side with trees taking up space, very high windows with the ground below blocked by shrubs, a high-ceiling stairway with windows along the top of the wall. Chris managed them all, taking great care to not damage my walls and belongings. When he was done the windows looked great! Almost like there was no glass at all! Worth every penny! read more

Deja View was great to work with. They offered to come out within 24 hours of me reaching out to look at the house to better issue me a quote. They were a bit higher priced than other quotes I had gotten BUT I was confident there wouldn't be any hidden fees given they had come out to the house and taken the time to answer all of my questions. The technicians came early, were very accommodating to my dog, followed strict COVID protocols, and were so incredibly nice. Plus, they did an excellent job! Deja View left a flyer on my door knob. They do a lot of work in our neighborhood, including our next door neighbor's house. About a year ago I though I'd try their service. They have been back every six months since. Most of all, their employees are friendly, capable and helpful. We have them clean the outside windows in the winter and the whole house in the summer. They also clean our light fixtures, fan blades, mirrors and a very fragile dining room chandelier. Deja View personnel are professional and their work is super good and super clean. I had my windows washed inside and outside. Thomas was amazing. He checked our gutters first to see if they needed cleaning. He said they were fine. Can you believe that someone did not take my money? He moved onto to washing my windows, screens and window tracks. Everything was picture perfect. Thomas was a pleasant person and went about doing his job with ease and care. I will want Thomas to come to my home and do my windows again. I would recommend Deja View to anyone. This is the second time I have Deja View wash my windows - and same as the first time, they did a great job. I received an email confirming my appointment with pictures of the team who were going to be performing the window cleaning - Micah and Isaiah. They were on time, friendly, very conscientious. I have many windows - some very large - and they looked great. No scratches, streaks, smudges, etc. I'll schedule another visit in 6 months and have my decks power washed in addition to the window washing. Very impressive company and particularly their on site workers. Pleasant, on time, good communicators, they showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning interior and exterior of about 45 windows, including tall glass panels. We live on the third floor of a condo, so they reached the exterior of the windows on a ladder. got rid of paint drops, lots of gunk. This is the 3rd time Deja View has provided window and solar panel washing services. I found that they also had power washing, screen repair, and chandelier cleaning (among other services) which I also signed up for. My windows are gleaming, my chandeliers are sparkling, 6 screens were repaired or replaced, and you can see my patio again! The crew was great and very helpful. Excellent customer service starting with ease of making appointments, confirmation, and the professional tech team that showed up. They took off their shoes indoors and put on booties, cleaned windows, screens, and window sills. Outstanding! Our windows and sliders had not been washed in some time. A friend recommended Deja View. They came to give me an estimate, and we scheduled an appointment. They emailed me when they were on their way and arrived soon after. Two men washed the inside and outside of all our windows and sliders. They moved or covered furniture when necessary.
