I'm an old lady with the time to research the people I invite into my home. Rarely is it possible to find a company with such excellent ratings as Deja View. From the moment I telephoned Deja View I knew it was a professional company. Almost immediately I knew the pricing, how it was calculated, what I could expect, when I could expect to have the work done. When the technicians arrived they were neat, practiced all Covid requirements, & went right to work. I discovered that they were not only washing the windows but also doing some minor repairs that needed doing as they went along. As with all old houses time has shifted the alignment some of my windows so they couldn't be removed for cleaning. We discussed the problems & found solutions. I found the technicians to be very nice, polite & knowledgeable. Now my windows sparkle. The price was the most reasonable I have ever paid, my sister plans to schedule Deja View to clean her windows next week, & I have already scheduled my next cleaning. read more

While the original scheduling seemed easy via Yelp, I was originally emailed that the crew would be an hour late. After waiting 2 hours, I replied to the same email address (Heather) inquiring on where the crew was on when they are likely to arrive. I got no response. I then called, and was hung up on by the first person I talked to. I had to call back only to find out the crew had gone to and serviced the wrong address. The invoice came before the service even had happened and no one had contacted me to ensure the crew arrived or completed the service before invoicing me. The crew was responsive and quick, but did not explain how they would be cleaning the gutters. I could not verify how they cleaned the gutters (no water was used), assuming it was hand cleaning only. I will likely look elsewhere in the future. read more

All the guys were friendly and courteous. We are getting ready to put our house in the market and have no window coverings. So the windows have to look great, and now they do! They did a great job cleaning not only the windows, but also the surrounding areas! They took apart and cleaned the security doors. Everything looks so nice and spotless! Great company to work with! Very responsive, great estimating service, easy to schedule, the windows look great! The crew was friendly, professional and finished the job quickly. They even consulted with me and took the blinds down when we discovered we couldn't remove the window without removing the center bracket. They did inside, outside, screens and tracks. My neighbors lights were so nice I asked how they could reach 40' high. That led to Deja View's doing my Christmas lights and they looked amazing! I was really impressed with Brandon and his very high work standards. When I learned they washed windows I asked them to come back in April; year after year, after year and those little windows above the doors and large windows sparkle; and the screens, basement tracks and security doors have never been cleaner. I of course had them return in the fall so I could enjoy the winter view too. This holiday they turned my largest tree into an amazing ball of light siting on top of a bright white trunk. Deja View also lit the entire roof line on two levels (front and back). For the first time I asked what they else they could do... Brandon had impressive ideas to decorate the fireplace chimney and all along the rock capstones. I couldn't figure out how to decorate the granite, but they did! Oh gee, did I mention his team wore masks and booties, were careful with my furniture and accessories while washing indoor windows, and that now I have them cleaning my dryer vent too? They showed up on time, with masks, wore shoe coverings inside our home and were very respectful. They were efficient and did a great job. My windows, screens and tracks look great! I needed my windows done within 10 days and they were able to accommodate my schedule, I really appreciated them squeezing me Into their busy schedule. I always get a least 3 bids for work at our home, they were the only company that sent a representative to walk around and look at the job, so their quote was firm, the other 2 companies offered an estimate.
