I went here to get some additional ear piercings! I'd been here once before with a group of friends but that was years ago and I hadn't had direct experience getting pierced here (though I'd watched them get their piercings). This time it was me in the chair! I went to get three additional piercing's including one I was pretty nervous about because I'd heard they hurt! But the staff was very patient and helpful. They were super respectful and knowledgeable about everything. I felt very comfortable with them. They gave a lot of detail about aftercare as well. One thing I really appreciated in particular was how Red warned me before he opened up the case that contained the peircing needles. That was super thoughtful, as I am sure a lot of people don't like looking at needles (even if they're willingly sitting there to get poked by one LOL). I also liked the breathing technique that helped things go by a little smoother for me (still hurt LOL but it wasn't so bad). Anyways overall fantastic experience and my piercings are healing nicely! Looking forward to returning for my follow up appointment and additional piercings in the near future. read more

My piercing turned out so great ...I did a second and third hole on my ear lobes. Got valuable insight on piercings and great aftercare pamphlet. I went in with someone for their appointment, and I was having issues with my nose piercing. Red didn't have any issue looking at it and set me up with his piercing apprentice to get the old, cheap jewelry out of my nose and get new jewelry in. Everything was sterilized, the studio itself is super clean, and the staff is wonderful. It's been less than a week and my piercing is already looking incredibly better! read more

I was tattooed by Kitty yesterday. She is an absolutely AMAZING artist. She took a mediocre picture and turned it into a very colorful and detailed design. The shop is VERY clean and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I was impressed Kitty even used a face mask to provide the most sterile environment possible. The shop is designed in a way that makes you feel like you are walking into a salon. It does not have the clinical or grungy feel you get from other shops. Came in to get my septum pierced today and Red, the guy who does piercings was amazing! He had the best bedside manner and was extremely gentle. He walked me through the process, step-by-step and I love my piercing. The pain was over in one breath and even though I acted like a huge wimp beforehand, they didn't judge! They did a really great job on my piercing. I went in today to get an industrial, I was very nervous. And when I get nervous I tend to talk a lot. They were very kind and cool people, they didn't shut me down and they let me talk lol and ask as many questions as I wanted. I went for my second piercing from here, and let me tell you. Is Red good at his job? Yes. Is he extremely knowledgeable about his field? Yes. Is he anal about cleanliness? Yes (a plus in my book). However. Don't go to him if you have a problem with being yelled at. He has the shortest fuse I've seen in a while, every little thing sets him off, every mild inconvenience is the end of the world. Toddler level tantrums in a grown man are always as scary as they are pathetic. I sat in my car crying after my appointment, not because the work he did wasn't great, but because I don't do well when people are angry with me and slam things over small inconveniences. Instead of just calmly telling me why he couldn't do this one thing, he yelled at his poor assistant like it was her fault, insulted my intelligence, slammed things on the counter, and then stormed out of the room. The assistant was nothing but nice to me and I hope, for her sake, she does better with angry men than I do. I'll probably end up taking the jewelry out and just getting it re-pierced somewhere else, because instead of being happy every time I look at it, I just replay the whole thing in my head again. I got a piercing here after visiting a couple of places. I'm glad I went with this shop, not only were they very professional the shop was very clean. After receiving my piercing I went back and had it checked Red(piercer) was very knowledgeable and even help me change my piercing he didn't charge me to do it. A couple weeks later I needed to do an x-ray and didn't want to take out my piercings, so he gave me a new plastic rings and didn't charge me for them.
