I've been going to this vape shop for over a year and a half now and recently seen the yelp reviews and decided I need to put my two cents in and say that vapes that leak are Cut a lot going not the fault of the company that sells them but of shipping and the suppliers Along with the companies that produce the items. with that being said, I've personally talked to the people that work behind the counters and give them helpful feedback on what is causing issues along with what disposables are causing problems and show them and through my experience not just to us shop but others if you're kind and explain the problems that you are having with the product they are more than willing to trade it out or figure out another solution. I'm not going in there to be an expert and explain every little detail that I know but there to give good general customer feedback. read more

Terrible customer service, s*it products. Bought a 2 disposables a couple of days ago & paid about 70 dollars. Vapes keep hitting by themselves & don't even hit at time. Heard from a worker most other vapes they carry have been doing the same thing. Tried calling to let them know about their issue & to see if anything could be done. Went in 20 days ago to buy a new vape because mine kept on leaking everywhere. The young women working there recommended the Vaporesso XROS because she said it doesn't leak. It leaks all the time and when I brought it into the store to get a replacement beca it's defective, I was told that she doesn't allow returns or exchanges , even for defective items. She told me that I would need to buy a new cartridge because they should be replaced every 2 weeks, the manufacturer recommends replacing them after 5 fill ups. I filled it up once and it leaked everywhere. I don't recommend this place at all , they don't stand behind the products they sell even if they are defective. read more

My son and daughter in law went in this evening and the lady working was sitting on her phone and finally looked up and said oh hey....they said customer service was horrible and the lady working was extremely rude! But hey- they got what the needed and we got out! We were in the area so stopped- but they have a place much closer to their house with better customer service! Honestly-- no reason to be rude! Don't bother going here. Horrible customer service. "We don't do exchanges or returns". Worthless.

Last week I went here looking for coils which they were sold out of, I was told to come back next week. I came back Monday and was told they're still sold out and to come back at the end of the week. Came back today and told they won't have these coils for another 2 weeks. This is ridiculous, they haven't had the coils I need for a month now, I usually love coming here but their selection of juice is slimming down and they don't have any desert flavors. The staff is a hit or miss of really nice workers or really lazy workers who won't get off their ass to help. Also last thing, how does no one know when a shipment of coils is coming in? When I worked in retail I could always find what is on the next shipment and when it was coming in how do they not know what was ordered and when it's coming in? read more
