So I went back on 7/4/26... nothing they could do, but offered 10% off to purchase the full kit. 5 days later they have both leaked and spewed liquid all over the place. Took them back in today & showed them, but bc of their 24hr policy... once again, nothing they could do except offer another 10% off on another product. Customer service was good bc they just work there, but the policy is trash. KINGS OF THE 10% OFF SCAM I'd def do some more verbal warning, let ppl know they need a diff charging pack & maybe just drop this product.
