Really disappointed. My mom and I both went to get lash lift and tint - I've had them before at other places and have had great results. Here, my lashes were barely curled, tint ink (?) was left above my lash line, and the girl didn't bother to wipe off all the glue on my eyelids. I looked and felt crusty/gross with all the residue this girl left. I asked her to wipe it off; she dabbed at my eye for a second which did nothing. I ended up having to go to the mirror to fix myself. Never has a technician left residue like that. It looked terrible with the residual tint above my lash line so I ended up using makeup remover at home - not like my lashes were curled anyway! I was so excited for my mom to have her first experience but her lashes don't even look tinted. I'm appalled. I should have checked these reviews before letting my mom schedule here because I would have never gone if I'd known. Sincerely wish my mom could just get her money back for our wasted time and her bad first experience. I would never ever recommend this place for a lift or tint. read more

My girlfriend came here and got a full set and we were both satisfied and really loved the results regardless of the high price because she wanted to try it out once instead of doing it at her usual place which never did her wrong. But right when she got in the car and facetimed me, I literally saw 4 lashes fall off while she was driving not even 2 minutes after she left. Then when she got home she did everything the "master" tech emphasized and instructed and did not got the lashes wet which my girlfriend in fact did, but in the morning, more than 6 lashes were found on her lashes just dangling when she woke up which is the first time this ever happened to her in 6 years and she has had it done at places for very very affordable prices, like 20% the cost for a full set of this place, $200+. Keep in mind at this point I was perplexed because no full set my girl has ever got done never has done this so quick. So the next day she goes in to the same ""master"" tech and she kept asking, "Are you for sure you didnt sleep on it" in a passive way. Which she didn't do because I work at night at home and she never moves in her sleep. The lady proceeds to fix it on the house, but expected a tip?? As a business, especially as a business owner myself in the customer service industry, it is crucial if a quality of service or product is subpar; it is the responsibility of the person in charge of the service to make right, not to act entitled as if they are the customer and feel like they are obligated to a tip as if this was a fill not a correction. The abysmal part of this whole situation was when my girl came home, the same thing happened again. There were lashes just falling off and after 24 hours she did her aftercare very meticulously to the point where she should have charged herself $200 and it would be justified, but the same thing happened again. We even got comments from other lash techs we know say that it already looked grown out which is impossible in less then 2 days, so with further inspection the lashes were applied pretty far from the lash line and wasn't applied fully. At this point we are in a crossroad because we just want to get it fixed because they look nice RIGHT when they are done, but if this is just going to happen again we might as well request a refund which is impossible to do with how they how they set up their automatic business phone menu. My girlfriend is an extremely busy person and it is outrageous that she has to go in every other day to get it fixed which in return will cause her to lose business which loses her money. If it was $50 then ok, if it was $75 ok, heck even if it was $100 ok, but $200? read more

I woke up with sx of omnicon/covid, i took off work and went to VA drive thru to get tested and so i called Deca Lash Canton to cancel a appointment i was very much looking forward to so i didn't put them at risk. You don't get to call there you have to talk by text. They still told me there would be a fee charged for same day cancel, even tho i wanted to reschedule and not expose them. So i said fine i'll keep appointment and they said ok!!! They knew I was sick and potentially positive and still were going to let me proceed! Unsafe this salon is to go this!! Beware that they are looking for any buck and their health and customers come last! I won't recommend! read more

My son brought me to Deka Lash for me birthday. Online it said $159-179 for a hybrid set. I asked him to pay and add a 20% tip. He is a teenager, so did as he was told why my eye were taped shut. Today I looked at his account and saw he was charged $265!! I called and they said the advertised price was only for first time customers. I would never have gone and I known it would cost $265?! when I called they said I could save by joining their subscription service. I advised I would never return as a result of their shady business practices. I will never service this business again. There are too many competitors in the area to ever go back to a place with such bad service again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The eyelashes I got were barely acceptable for the price. read more
