I liked it there very much, and I can be difficult to please... They always pick up the phone or return your call. Very friendly and nice staff. You can look at every stylist's work on their Instagram and make an informed decision which one's work you like best. I had my hair cut there twice and I just love it!!! They tried to sell me products and I did not buy it at first, only when I realized I really liked the shampoo I got it when I came back the second time. My daughter and I had been looking forward to getting our hair done for months, and selected Edge Salon because we had always had positive experiences before. We were both disappointed. Neither of the stylists cut our hair the way we had asked and both seemed very nervous and inexperienced. I asked my girl how she liked working there and her reply was "eh". If I wanted a haircut from a newbie I wouldn't have wasted over $300 at what is supposed to be a higher scale salon! I would have gone to a local beauty college and at least had someone do my hair that was actually happy to have me as a client! We won't be back, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment with Abby to get eyelash extensions for the first time. After she was finished and handed me the mirror, I was absolutely HORRIFIED. They were extremely thin, they looked like I needed a fill, they were just a mess. I will never go back there. I expressed my dissatisfaction and all she said was she would try to make them fuller my next two week appointment. There was no way I was going back to her. I changed salons completely and my new lash girl does an incredible job! I will never go back to Edge. The experience was awful. Originally I went in with hair that had been bleached and toned blonde for a couple years. I asked for a very light hint of strawberry blonde. I specified that I did not want my hair to become any darker. After I left my hair was brown and had streaks of purple. I came back to get it fixed the next day and she did a better job however my hair is now light brown and pink. I look like an idiot and am very sad. read more

Extreme damage done to my hair. I was reassured my hair wouldn't be damaged yet it was bleached twice and then colored all in the same day. I had to cut all of my hair off because the damage was unrepairable. I basically spent 400 dollars to have my hair ruined. read more

At first, the experience was great - atmosphere, stylists, etc. Stylists kept leaving or changing condensing their hours. It became a really bad experience. The last 2 times I went, the waiting area was a storage room. The stylist was clearly unhappy and didn't want me there. 2 inches was taken off my hair when i say a quarter inch. At my last visit, my hair was damaged and I had breakage. Finally, they sold me an expensive flat iron that doesn't work as well as a $99 CHI - total junk. I found Edge Hair Design through an internet search based on their reviews. I was lucky to find them to do my bridal hair and makeup as well as services for my bridesmaids. Sarah H. did a phenomenal job on my hair and makeup and I can't even remember the number of compliments that I received based on her talents. I truly felt like a beautiful princess on the best day of my life. Sarah H., Jess and Ashley came to our home on the day of my wedding to do hair and makeup for us. They not only did a great job on making us all beautiful but they were so friendly and helpful in doing what we wanted. My mom and I have been to SEVERAL places to get pedis... this is BY far the best place to go. Reasonable, clean and relaxing atmosphere with girls that have something interesting to talk about. We will be back!!! Their boutique is also very reasonable and fun to shop. read more

Really great full service salon. Courtney did an amazing job on my cut and highlight. She also did great on my daughter's layered cut. Savannah is an amazing nail tech. I got a farmhouse fresh pedicure and shellack manicure. Her nail art is crazy good. So creative and talented. read more

I wish I had a positive experience like the others but my wife had scheduled an appointment here for hair and makeup for our wedding. We scheduled weeks in advance and on the day of the person they have there didn't bother to show up. So someone else had to step up and do the best she could. Took my son in and they didn't do a good job. Didn't even trim around his ears properly or his sideburns. I had to finish the job at home. $24 for a mediocre job. No wash or dry and still $24 for a kids cut. Should have went to Sports Clips for that price. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. This salon cares more about the money in your pocket book than anything else. They shove products down your throat each time you're in and will do anything for you to spend another penny. The owner also is extremely rude and doesn't pay her staff correctly... such as unpaid meetings, classes, and takes money from their paycheck if they don't sell YOU enough product. Just the fact that they lost almost half their staff in 2017 alone should say enough. Go somewhere where you're actually a PERSON and not just money on their books!!! read more

The first time I came here I had great service, but after the second time, I will never come back. On my way there I was called and told the hairdresser was late and I would either have to reschedule or have someone else do it. I decided to have someone else do it. I told him I wanted a bob with a slight angle. WORST haircut of my life! He left the front long and chopped off the back of my hair. It;s so uneven in the back. When I complained they offered to have him fix it. When I said no they said I could come back the next day. I have to wear my hair up until I can find somewhere else to fix it. My daughter had a very unpleasant color treatment today. She went in with a dark red color. She wanted to remove the red and go more of a blonde color. Yes, I understand it could be a two step process to get the blonde color. The issues are around her face & neck area it's still the red, she has a whole red pack that wasn't processed long enough, soap let in her hair, processing creme on her face & ear dried. Her hair is in a bigger mess than when she went in. The girl who thinks she's a hairstylist kept saying it's hard to remove a red "box color". I am not a hairstylist but know enough you can't put on your processing cream & remove it before it has to lift! Then they had enough nerve to charge me $300.00! Couldn't talk to the owner she out for at least 2 weeks. I forget to mention it took over 5 hours I should send them a bill for our time! Save your money and time don't go to the Edge! read more

Over-priced for subpar quality. Not impressed. My haircut was mediocre, but not awful. My eyebrow wax, if that's what you'd like to call it , was ridiculous. They weren't shaped and I had to use tweezers to finish the job at home. I decided to give it a try after reading great reviews online. Bad customer service. I payed over $200, which I don't mind paying but I still have about a half inch of regrowth and my hair looks stripey and pretty much terrible. When i hesitantly called, no one apologized, the stylist argued with me, and the owner treated me as though I was lying. They finally offered to have me come in so they can fix it but I decided I didn't want the same argumentative and no personality stylist (level 3 by the way) doing my hair again. read more
