I initially went in and had a set done by newly certified tech (unbeknownst to me) and extensions started falling out the very next day. When I cancelled my membership I got a call from the owner and was offered a fix by a more experienced tech. The owner did say on the call that less experienced techs may not place them as well so that may have been the reason for fall out. I went back for a free fix as she offered, with a more experience tech. The two visits were pretty different: the more experienced tech made for a more thorough visit and was more informative and inviting. The new tech I had initially didn't really guide me or had the same level of customer service. Not that she was rude or anything, just not as thorough for a 1st time last extension client like me. Total overall time with extensions: 2 weeks. I had them taken off yesterday and my natural lashes are now short, stubby, and missing a lot in some areas. I can't even curl them with a lash curler anymore--they're that short. Really unhappy about that and would not risk damaging my lashes further. If you take a peek at the other DekaLash locations, others have had similar experiences so it could be their product? Add in an inexperienced tech and that can contribute to more damage. I was also still left with glue on my lashes after my removal yesterday and didn't realize until I got home. I would not have tipped the tech if I noticed it at the studio. For $30 removal fee I should not have been left with any glue in my lashes. Overall, I'd say it really depends on which tech you get, but just be mindful of the damage that will happen to your real lashes--even for a short time by an experienced tech. It may not be worth even just a "try". read more

What I love most about Deka Lash is that unlike most franchises any Deka Lash I go to I have a great experience. I also love that Deka Lash is continuing to grow and open new locations in Colorado, which makes maintaining and getting lashes even more convenient. Their customer service is outstanding, after all of my appointments someone follows up with me to ensure I'm happy with the service provided. I recently had my lashes done at the Cherry Creek location, and I was very impressed with how quickly I was seen upon my arrival and how quickly a full set of lashes was applied. My lashes look amazing, and they held up very well during my vacation where I spent most of my time relaxing in the pool. I recommend Deka Lash to all of my friends. read more

Well I will never be back here. I usually go to the location at Lowry but they didn't have availability and this location had plenty (no wonder). I was 15 min late which I couldn't avoid (lots of traffic since it was Friday night and hard to find parking). But I get it I was late. These girls have an attitude as soon as I walk in. She speaks as if I'm not there and says Uhmmm do yo want to take her ?? She's late. In my head I'm panicking because I have a wedding tomorrow. But the gal says ya I'll take her. She says she doesn't guarantee full lashes because I was 15 min late. I said okay that's fine ! My girl usually fills me out A LOT With 45 min when I've been running late. Haha well .. she starts fanning my lashes at about 650pm. I was out of chair by 657.. I'm not trying to say that she HAD to do a couple extra minutes which my girl usually does when something happens on my way there - BUT She got me up earlier when I tell you I have literally 5 lashes on each eye. This is a joke !!! Can't believe I paid $80 for this. Aghhhh. Already scheduled another appointment in FL which means I have to pay AGAIN!! I'm so LIVID! read more

I really enjoy getting my lashes done at this establishment. The ambiance is relaxing and the artists seem to genuinely listen and want to create the look youre desiring to achieve. On top of this, they are very organized, sending text reminders of scheduled appointment times, as well as recording all of the details from your appointment so you don't have to. Highly recommend. My experience was horrible. I've had lashes for two years. Took mine off, gave my eyes a two week break then used a Groupon for a new full set at Deka. What a joke. I literally had like 15 lashes on each eye, i had to double take to see that she even put them on. She must have been new because it took her over an hour and a half, for what, I am still not sure. Received an email questioning my rating then when I explained my reasoning I got a very rude unprofessional response and was told I need to be prepared to tip better to support the technician. Excuse me that is not your responsibility nor should you even have said any of that in your response to me. First time was good except pretty expensive. Second time was the worst experience ever and I will not be back and I hope this review helps you make a more informed decision on getting your lashes done at this location. I got a Groupon to make it less expensive for the second time fine print said if you have an account they couldn't take it. Turns out that means if you had been there within 9 months. They need to specify more. Of course when I scheduled and mentioned to the girl at the call center that I had just gotten them done and got a Groupon and she scheduled me never said I just wasted my money because they won't accept it. Of course you can't get your money back past the allowed time. Then I get there after 3 hours of traffic from the springs and tell them to just take my eyelashes off because I didn't want to pay full price for a full set and the manager upfront explaining everything was very condescending and I just decided to get them off I'll go somewhere else. The girl was soo new the manager had to walk her through how to do it and when I'm done my eyes burned so bad so I couldn't even see in the mirror. I leave and get to my car where I can actually wipe my eyes and see and to my HORROR MY EYELASHES ARE COMPLETELY SPARSE! THEY ARE NO WHERE NEAR AS LONG OR AS FULL AS THEY WERE BEFORE AND THE RUDE LADY IN FRONT HAPPENED TO BE THE SUPERVISOR WHO WAS WALKING THE GIRL THROUGH MY REMOVAL AND HAD LEFT WHILE I WAS THERE. This was the most unprofessional absolutely unacceptable experience and she damaged my actual eyelashes! I call their call center to get some sort of resolution but it was up to the salon. Which the manager at the salon calls me wasn't listening to my actual concerns of my eyelashes at a 1/4 of what I went in with and kept stating that it was only due to my lash cycle and I know it is not this is completely different then JUST going through a natural lash cycle and having less because of that. I would try to find a different lash spot or maybe someone who has been doing it for a while. If I would have known she was new I may have waited for another person. The lash artist at this location are exquisite. I usually get the volume lashes in the cat eye look. Every time I get a refill on my beautiful lash set, they are done in an hour or less and it looks perfect! My lash retention between lash refills is amazing. I usually only loose about 25% or less. I started at another Deka Lash but after a bad experience decided to try the Cherry Creek location. I have been seeing Rachel G and she is excellent. From the start she was caring, thoughtful, attentive and the utmost professional. Prior to her I was only a casual lash wearer. I consider myself fairly low maintenance when it comes to make-up, Rachel understood this right away and took the time to listen to what I wanted because of this I am now a regular.
