Due to the ebb and flow of passenger traffic, I suspect food is pre-cooked and left sitting, to cope with periods of high demand. Airline crew also appear to eat here on flight turnarounds, so risk to air safety here also. I contacted the airport operators, the Spanish aviation authority, and others. No response. Don't endanger yourself or your family by eating here, you will regret it.
