The kids he plays with are older and that doesn't bother me because they all have been very respectful. The neighborhood kids at the bus stop are all very well behaved and the parents are very involved. Every morning you will see many parents at the bus stop keeping an eye on the entire group of kids. The teachers have been great so far and I have always felt welcomed when I visit the school. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Nobody is rude or uncaring. My kindergarten son loves school but that is expected because of him age. He loves his teacher and I enjoy volunteering in both of my kids classes. The PTA has been great and has a ton of fun activities for families and the kids.

Teachers aren't fair, the only good teacher there was Mr Ratliff, which is leaving, and Mrs gates who actually taught and helped students, that's all I have to say but seriously it's an embarrassing school run and make sure your students don't go, also the teachers are so nosey, and all up in the students business like wow.

He was punched in the face, kicked, pushed, and teased all year. We talked with the teacher and school office. We were told they were dealing with the bullies and they would keep an eye on my son. Today was the last day of school and his pants were pulled down by one of the bullies. Another girl told the boy to pull down my son's pants. He was not fully exposed, his underwear stayed up, enough is enough! The superintendent called me and told me what happen and I lost it. I asked if it was the same kids who have been picking on my kid all year and he had no idea. He said that he cannot disclose who the child is but they did deal with the student.

The fees are reasonable by comparison of the competitors. The Staff is helpful and friendly. The curriculum is good let's the students work at their own pace. They give a FREE assessment which was why I chose them. Mrs Patel is helpful with the structure and planning for the students needs. Only negative thing I can say is that the waiting area is small for parents. But, this place is Student geared so I wait in the car most of the time. If you are looking for a quality place for your Child or Children I highly recommend Kumon. After Samuel's 6 month assessment I will update his progress. Here's why: 1) Kumon provides great support through tutors and worksheets 2) Kumon is self paced 3) Kumon will advance your child in reading and math 4) Kumon builds discipline and routine. 5) Mrs. Patel (the lady who runs this center) is very passionate about learning and what she does. There can be a few issues with Kumon, mainly the parents. If you aren't prepared to look after your child's homework daily, and if you as a parent can't handle your child complaining about the amount of work, this program can be difficult. The good news is that the program can be completed by 8th grade (that's when homework gets really tough at school). My sons in the English and Math. It can be pricey, but well worth any other extra curricular activity. He started reading at an early age, he gets done with his first grade homework quickly, he memorized words and does great in spelling tests. Now the technique Kumon employs is repetition for the most part. This is tried and true and Mr. Kumon if Japan really did do his son (the first Kumon student) and the world a favor with these practical worksheets. Now, if you are a parent that doesn't have the time to be involved, this might not be for you. Kumon depends on consistency. The child does the work, but you must check it. The Kumon Center is open twice a week and the tutors/educators there handle the packets and work on those days. For 2 subjects, my son spends about an hour there. It's scheduled and you have a specific time a lot.
