GO PANTHERS! All the 1 star reviews are FAKE! I'm a 9 year old kid who's in 3rd grade and I'm so happy here! Mr Spaulding is very nice but he always has a reason to scold bad behavior. All of the water fountains work and is edible. They serve free, delicious food for kids no food poisoning whatsoever.Park Veiw is a Vape and Alchohol free campus.Also free breakfast in the early morning so their is no reason to starve all day til lunch. All bathroom toilet paper is restocked every 2 days. If they gave one of your children a strict teacher that's probably because they aren't behaving and needs to respect teachers rules. I have been to this school it's sooo bad first I got food poisoning and also I got a horrible stomach ache and my sister broke her arm here and all they do is oh put some ice on your arm no matter what it always put a ice pack and then write your name down on a paper and when your in pain they say tell me your name and they just give you crackers and a small amount of water and speaking about water most of their water fountains don't even work and someone Almost passed out from dehydration and you almost always get bullied all the time and the teachers and school does nothing about it in the bathrooms some kids even vape in there and sometimes the toilets have no toilet paper and now the teachers some of them are mean a some nice but they all say you should have gone to the restroom at recess of at lunch even though they get to whenever they want and that not even all. read more

Absolute trash. Do not send your kids here if you don't have too. My kids only attend because this is close to us transportation wise. The principal Mr Spalding should be demoted from his position he treats and talks to the students horribly. He told my son in front of my husband he did not like him and he couldn't wait until he went to middle school to be someone else problem. Who the hell says that to a child. His rules he enforces at the school are terrible that some of the teachers don't agree either. If you're big on birthday celebrations at school for your child or award assembly's don't get your hopes up. They aren't allowed. No fun activities no dances etc. A damn prison. Now this school year he started a new policy of recess before they get their lunch. Well it's not working. My two girls are being picked up starving. They both tell me by the time they go eat they are being rushed by the proctors to eat. You're kids will not be happy here. I will say the teachers my kids have had are great. read more

So far I am happy with this school and the teachers my son's have had. My boys have been going to this school for 3 years now and they are happy. I am happy with the interaction my boys teachers have with them as well as me. The teachers keep my boys on track and me informed of what is going on. read more

Worst school I have ever dealt with!!!! We moved out here after doing research on a couple of great schools. When the time finally came for them to register all of the good schools were full and we were forced to enroll our children in our "home school" which by the way is further than these schools!! They have been attending this horrible school for two months now and have had my children learn nothing! I am not exaggerating not one single thing! My son who is gifted has had his sixth grade teacher tell him he doesn't belong in this school because he is too smart!! My daughter on the other hand enjoys the fact that she doesn't get homework like she's used too-- it's back to kindergarten packets due on Friday with one sheet a day and she is a third grader!! Now this I was willing to put upwith for a couple of more months until other schools had room for them; I still have them do my workbooks at home and teach them what they should be learning but the bullying is way out of control here!!! My son who is Hispanic has been taunted by a group of 5 African American boys who like to call him and his friend ( also Hispanic) white trash!!! This happens in the classroom, during recess, during lunch, on the bus and basically the whole day!!! My eight year old daughter was given a bloody nose on the bus for just sitting ( the girl said it was meant for another girl!!) I have scheduled a meeting with the principal and on the day of the appointment while having my husband and I wait there for half an hour ( which we had to take time out of work for) his secretary said he told her the night before that he would not be able to meet with us and she said and "oh ha ha I haven't gotten around to making calls this morning"!!!! We did not get an apology or another appointment and a week later and we still have not received a phone call from the principal yet they state " they take bullying really serious there and do not tolerate it"!! After learning what my son has confided in his grandfather (my dad) while spending this three weekend over there I will not be taking my children back to this school!! The 5 children that have been bullying him have been using unacceptable sexual comments to my eleven year son and his friend ( who is also gifted) to give you am idea I will share one comment but will spare the rest. These boys tell them " why don't you white trash go home and do what you do best give your fathers a blow job"!!! Now if that made you nauseas just imagine what I feel at this moment that I am writing this!! My father just drove up here to drop off my children and told me what has been going on in my sons life!! Yet this is the same boy who has changed drastically over the last months and stills manages to get up every morning to go to school!! When I confronted him he broke out in tears and said he didn't say anything to me because he was scared I was going to get upset and pull him out of the school and he was going to leave his friend behind to get bullied alone!!! I should have listened to my gut when I first laid eyes in this so called school!! This school is a joke!! They don't even have buildings!! They are bungalows with purple windows and doors!! They are behind on technology and do not even have enough computers for all the students to stay on top of their AR points not to mention their AR program doesn't even have all the books children read they are limited!!Please please please DO NOT enroll your children at this school!!! read more

I just have to say that my kids have only been going to this school since Aug 2013 and they love it. They love their teachers especially the 3rd grade teacher Mr Dale who has to deal with my bratty and stubborn son. He is amazing with my son and my son has made 100% turn around since the other schools. My other son who is in second grade as always is doing fantastic. I wasnt sure about his teacher Mrs Halperin, but in the end, she seems very nice. My 3rd grade son has been suspended many time for just stupid jokes that he thought was funny and against school rules. As many times as hes been in trouble, they continue to work with me and i continue to work with them and discipline my son as needed. Also what i love about this school is that they take the day off for Good Friday in observance of how Jesus died on the cross for our sins. Totally awesome!!! My mother and i come and sit out here everyday for an hour to get my son from school. To make sure we can get in and out easy. Today jan. 11 2016 we witnessed a young student walking around the front of the school playing between portables throwing rocks at cats around the area. Not one teacher in site!!!! This went on for over 10minutes. I mean how safe is this school??? This is someones child and this school is not paying attention to him nor looking for him. Is my child safe to be in this school i mean anyone could call this child and take him. Im pissed. I leave my child here 6 hours of his day to not be watched im really concerned about this!!!
