It was full of the fresh flavors of the island and he even went out the way to make a couple of my all time favorite foods (purple mashed potatoes with coconut and haupia for dessert). Not only is Dave's cooking unreal, he is so kind, helpful and passionate about what he does. She created a menu for the day and did all of the work from beginning to the end. She is a lovely soul and I wish I lived in town because I could use her help in my kitchen. The meal was amazing and fresh and the leftover were just as awesome. We also had her do a private yoga session for us. She was exactly what we were looking for. 1/2 of us were experienced and the other 1/2 were not. It was a great session for all of us.
