On the day of the dinner Chef Andrew showed up on time and ready to go and put together a phenomenal four course meal for us. Chef Andrew had a helper that was very attentive and kept our waters and wines full for the whole meal. Appetizer, a pork gyoza to die for, salad of tomatoes and this red pepper sauce that I will remember for years to come was only transcended by the wagyu beef entree with a carrot puree.
